They visited our site right away, stayed in touch well through contracting and then worked HARD to install our beautiful railings. They could not be nicer and more customer service focused professionals. We were kind of sad to see them go! The metal railings on our porch and deck are exactly what we hope for. Diamond Cut Solutions, LLC is an outstanding company, great quality and service. I needed a two step railing in my garage to come into my kitchen. Alex and Ed did a quick turnaround and the railing was custom built and installed with a week. My project was small, but they were able to fit me in between their larger projects. The price was very fair and reasonable, the service, communication and follow up was absolutely terrific, way above my expectations! Also, Alex and Ed are very friendly, genuine great guys too! Needed 2 railings on new steps. They suggested using my old railings to save some money. They sand blasted and painted the old railings. They look like new. Communicated through out the project. I Would highly recommend them.
