Ed, Alex and team really surprised me. I was looking for aluminum railing with a wood look. Once they were ready to bid for the job, they came over measured the area and once I accepted their quite and paid the down payment before I knew what was going on, according to schedule, they had already made what I would consider a work of art as a one piece aluminum railing and wanted to verify that their measurements were correct. I was a bit surprised that the railings were a perfect fit - no fat. Next, again according to schedule they painted it and installed it today and what I would d seen in my mind eye for 2 years was finally a reality. More than anything, I appreciated the straightforwardness and tightness of the feedback loop in the whole process - they did exactly what they promised they would do when they said they would do it. If I have any kind of railing or fence work, I definitely would not spend time searching if they are available. Anyway, thanks guys- very much appreciated.

Our home is a 170-year-old cottage on the Mississippi River that needed a custom railing. We wanted it to run from a detached garage to the front porch and include some decorative scroll work and a gate. Part of it had to be custom bent to follow the lines of an existing brick wall. It looks great and we love having it along our walk and up the porch stairs. Alex and Ed were easy to work with and they interacted patiently with us every step.

Diamond Cut Solutions replaced the front railings on today. They did a great job! They are friendly, knowledgeable, hard working and paid attention to detail. They came out, discussed the possibilities and once the decision was reached for the type of fence I wanted, they filed the permit for the fence. The work went as fast as weather would allow and they kept me updated on all of the work and were very flexible as I modified the design. They were very thorough in making sure I got the fence I wanted. I would certainly recommend them.
