They replied promptly even during a really busy time of year. Call was punctual, professional, informative, etc. It took quite a while to hear back from them with my estimate but it appears that it was because i have an unusual setup and the service person was having to look around and wait to hear back on info about different types of systems. This is the only estimate I got so I don't know how it compares.

Arrived on time, informed us would only take a day, took less time. They were great with the sheltie and cat in the house.

Things went well. Have 2 dogs (one not friendly) and all of the workers were tolerant of them. Everything was installed on the same day.

They did a fine job replacing the A/C and putting in a programing theromstat for no extra charge in an area of my choosing

Overall they were very good.

Get it in writing that they will pull permits for their work.

Researched Angie's list to pick a winner. Found a lemon instead. Boo Hiss Angie's list. Was charged a $100 and quot;diagnostic feeand quot; to determine the fan was bad. The unit is 16 years old, so this seams plausible. Replaced fan for $290 and $110 labor. System behaved exactly the same way. Still was misbehaving. Had to wait until the following day, for a return trip when the tech decided that a relay was possibly the culprit. $90 and yet more labor. The unit appears to be functioning fine, but the parting advice was maybe my thermostat was causing the issue. Why am I paying a diagnostic fee just to have the tech randomly replace potential part problems and get hammered with a labor charge each time? I am not happy. Does my AC work? Yes. Did they get it right in one trip? No. 2 trips? No. 3 Trips? yes. Not shopping here ever again. Thanks Angie's List for the All-star! I'll be sure to double check Angie's list the when I need to replace the furnace. Hmmmm....

He did a really good job. It was a nasty hot day when he came out, and he really had to work hard at it. The air conditioner had a lot of problems, but it's working great now. I will use Wenzel again if I need to.

I'm very satisfied. They did a great job. They were prompt and they took a lot of time to explain to my husband what they were doing and to talk to him. They had to come back once to finish the air conditioning installation because the old pad was located in the wrong spot to hook up with the new furnace. They came back exactly when they said they would, they arrived exactly on time and it took them how long they said it would take. Their price was the same as the other quotes was got. They were very courteous and really wonderful.

I was very pleased with the professionalism and time spent addressing the problem. The noise still persists, but I read on the internet that this is common with 45 year old heating pipes. There is no cure for the noises. Otherwise, lthe furnace works perfectly.

We liked him very much. He was really good. The experience was very good. He knew what he was doing. He saved us money because he had the part with him.

I called three A/C contractors that carry Trane furnaces. Wentzel provided a quote that was in-line with the other contractors. But the pitch that convinced me was Union workers. I knew that the workers were well-trained and had to go through schooling for installation. (In the past, I had siding installed and the workers didn't speak English and they nailed their work scaffolding OVER my shingles. Never again. ) The furnace installation went smoothly and swiftly and they didn't leave a mess. The polite workers arrived 15 minutes early, which was great for me. I will have Wentzel do any A/C or Heating work in the future.

They were great from start to finish. Always responsive on the phone. They guy showed up on time (he was even a little early which was great for me). He did the work as planned, took a lot of time to make sure everything was cleaned. He explained what he was doing and did a great job from start to finish. He cleaned up after himself and was very conscientious. I will definitely use this company in the future. They were great!

Everything went well. I had a different company come out last year to fix something. They told me that my furnace was rusted and stuff like that. They told me to have it replaced and I didn’t believe what they told me since I thought that they were trying to sell me something. So I went back to Wenzel who had put my air conditioning system a few years ago. I called them because my furnace went out and they told me that I had a bad heat exchanger. They also told me that it was cracked which would cause carbon monoxide in the house. So they pretty much said the same thing as the other company had. The guy from Wenzel got the furnace started for me right then and there. He was really concerned if I had carbon monoxide detectors in the house. I doubt if he would have restarted the furnace if I didn’t have the detectors. He then called the sales person to see if they could talk with me about getting a new furnace. I got back to work and their sales person came over to my work. Moreover, it was really quick since the sales person came on the same day. They did it very quickly. They didn’t work over the New Year’s holiday. I didn’t expect them to come out on that day or the New Year’s Eve, but they weren’t working even on the day before the New Year’s Eve. Other than that, they were out right when they said they were going to be there. They were on time. They thought it would take the whole day to put it in, but it actually only took almost 3 hours and I was able to get back to work that day. The guys who had come out were really knowledgeable and gave me a lot of information. The guy told me that their price was competitive. I was in a really bad mood and so he knocked it down and priced a little bit for me. I would use their services in the future too. In fact, I got my furnace and air conditioner from them so that they could service both of them.

They were pretty professional and not pushy at all. We are just putting the project on hold for a while.

I called the company to come and repair our furnace. The service person told me what was wrong with the furnace and that it wouldn't be worth fixing it. He contacted someone else with the company to install a new furnace and it was installed the same day.

They are a good and honest company. They do quality work and have a good value. They have been reliable and stand by their work. We have used them in the past.

It went well. They are not the cheapest but the quality of their work is good. I trust the guys that come out.

3 guys measured one day and they were right on-time. 5-7 year warranty.
