Great job!

It didn't go well and I'm so dissappointed in how my awesome yard looked in the past and how it looks now.

Interestingly enough, I signed up for Angie's List to research irrigation companies. Warner's didn't have much feedback but what I saw was favorable enough to get them out for an estimate. I almost went with another company based on price alone (before deciding this was a big enough investment to warrant more due diligence and the reason I subscribed to AL). The other company had an overwhelming amount of feedback - all negative. At any rate, Warner's clearly set expectations and exceeded them. Both men sent to do the installation were very knowledgeable and patiently/professionally answered my questions during the install. The plumber they contract with was also helpful and polite. Warner's explained that other companies knock out two installs a day with the same crew - and based on other bids, that information was consistent with what I researched and probably explains some of the negative comments I saw on other contractors. Such as "they didn't finish and needed to schedule a follow up visit"; "they left waste material all over my yard"; "I had trouble running the system or getting my heads to sprinkle with best coverage and it took weeks to get them back out". Warner crews schedule 1 per day per crew. I had no idea how important that was until installation day. The crew stayed until dark to wrap things up and I really felt like they cared about my satisfaction ( I was so impressed with their service I left them a tip!). They were very thorough explaining the ins and outs of operating the system and offered to come back anytime if I needed more help. End of story - right? When I came home from work the next day the foreman was back at my house. He said he wanted to make sure two of the heads had the correct coverage because he couldn't see "exactly" due to darkness the day before. Lastly, the only way you you could tell I had a system installed were the sections of ground where the lines were placed. Everything else was hauled away and yard looked great. (And if you are concerned as I was about Hunter Vs. Rainbird - they mix and matched what they considered the best of each) I am very happy I found these guys!

We saw their commercial in the spring and had them come out for an estimate. After that, we hired them for the year and they were very prompt and did an above expectations job. We will be using them again in the coming year.

It went very well. They came on the day they said they were coming, came to the door to let me know they were here, performed the work, and then let me know when they were done. Very friendly and accommodating.

They do a good job of providing a core aeration service. They were able to get into my fenced back yard through the 48" wide gate. Many companies cannot get their equipment through my narrow fence gate. They also did a good job and did a dual pass process. Price was somewaht steep for the service provided, however.

They still have not replaced my dead shrubs, they stated that I needed a contract. Excuse me? I don't need a contract to replace dead shrubs. We still have the shrubs in and they have made no attempt to help us. I want the same shrubs put in at no cost to me because I have already paid $1,700. They killed a lot of my grass last year. I told them I do not want a chemical put down when the temperature is above 80 degrees, and they put it down when it was 92. Needless to say, we lost a lot of grass. I asked them to simply drop off the bags of soil/seeds and they just don't call us back. Awful service.

I've been using them for years. They do lawn cutting, fertilizing, care, and have lawn care programs. They have tree and shrub fertilizing and trimming. They do air-rating, mulching, detaching, have sprinkler systems, and pretty much what you want. The owner was a local kid from Woodbury that went around mowing yards, his local pricing, and connections have made him a good vendor in the area. They have really good customer service. If anything is not to my liking, I call them and a lot of times, I get the owner, and he makes it right. I'm already signed up for lawn services for the summer. I give them high ratings.

I think I might have found a better price if I checked around more. Workers were on time and work completed as specified. There were some problems as they had not sharpened their saws ahead of time so a bit dull. I have also used them for yard work and had better results with that.

I have been using their service for the last six years. I like their customer service. They are very responsive and they stand by their work. I actually had a tree that they put on in and it didn't make it through the first season and they came out and replaced it with a new one. If you call and leave them a message, you get a call back right away. They take time to explain things in detail. I have been really pleased with them and I didn't want to give it up myself to have someone else do the work. Their price was very competitive. I am happy with everything about them.

I had to go back to them about the charges which I had thought were too high and they adjusted it to my satisfaction.

I liked that they called to let me know that they are going to come out. They prevented the grass from destroying. They did a lot of treatments.

When I called for a quote. They promptly called back and someone was at my house providing an estimate within 24 hours. In the past I did not use their service because I felt it was too expensive. However, I decided to go with them this year because of their quality reputation. My lawn was core aerated and their service also included cross-cut areation. Overall I rate them as very good.

Upon calling, a person was at my house the same day to provide an estimate. They were able to schedule our lawn for service within a few days. For the rest of the season and into the next season, the fungus has disappeared. I will probably use them for another application in 2011 as a follow up.

They did not do what they agreed to do and are very expensive. When I complained Ryan only wanted me to talk with him and Nick again. I was exhausted from talking and angry about the worse experience I have had working with a company.

Ryan was very prompt in getting me an estimate and contract. The first weekend we were to have snow removal, shovelers came very, very late in the day, a problem because I had weekend guests and couldn't reach anyone to confirm they were coming. However the quality of the work was good. The second time they came was during the huge snowfall and I was glad they were able to make it at all. The third time they did not come and there was no way to know if they were planning on coming. In the end they didn't and I hired someone else. The issue was that they were overwhelmed with the big snow, but the real issue from the start is that there is no way to reach anyone if you have a problem, you can only leave a message on an answering machine and when you don't receive a call back you don't know if you have been forgotten or they are running late. By the quality of the work that was done, I have no reason to think they wouldn't do one-time jobs just fine.

It's a commercial account. I don't use them as an individual. I use them through my work. I am the one that interacts with them and I have them do the work. They understand my need to keep it in a budget. They are good about problem solving some lawn issues that they have been good about handling. I would use them again in the future.

We didn't have them do any work; we went with another company. They came out pretty quick on short notice. They were the last company that we contacted because we decided to get a 4th estimate. They were good about coming out right away and meeting with us. They were quick about getting us the initial estimate. We didn't go with them because we had told them what we wanted and their design was not in sync with what we were looking for. He was a real nice guy but he didn't seem like a good fit for this particular project. We have friends that have used them in the past and had good experiences. We would consider using them in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about WOS. For starters, we chose WOS because of a recommendation by a friend. Although they were based in Woodbury, they had no problems visiting our home in Edina. They did such a great job that my neighbor asked for their phone number too. We had a very large and overgrown tree in our backyard. I was afraid we were past the point of no return. That being said, WOS was able to provide exceptional service due to their attention to detail. Although many tree limbs were cut down, they worked around our house, my neighbor's fence, and my neighbor's garage. The space was so tight that I had my doubts. But, they had no troubles. Also, they picked up all of the debris (including limbs that were blown out of a near by tree that they did not attend to). Again, the attention to detail was fantastic. One final piece of information - the total cost of the project was less than the bid. When we apply fertilizer in the Spring and have additional trees trimmed, we are going with Warner's Outdoor Solutions without hesitation.

They were professional and prompt. I went with a competing service that was similar in price and was closer to my home.

They were late by 4 weeks in showing up, never called without my calling first to find out when the work would be done. Nick provided an estimate although no detail of the job to be done except in quaint of supplies which many were NOT used in the project but taken back (I imagine to recharge to another person). They are quick to send the final invoice however had a half down deposit for 8 weeks prior to beginning the job. The job was NOT completed as promised verbally. When questioned said it would cost more to do a "French drain" which Nick suggested but did not deliver. It was very frustrating and disappointing. I have a patio that I cannot even enjoy due to the unhappy reminder. Please do not use this company without every detail in writing.

This company does everything imaginable related to yard and garden work, and does it very well. Their crews are typically clean cut young men, in nice uniforms and are always polite and easy to work with. They always have well-maintained equipment, they work hard and do excellent work. Best of all, when they get done, you don't have to clean up after them. I think a lot of credit goes to Ryan Warner, who has grown a very fine organization from the ground up.

Overall I have been extremely happy with Warner's service. When an issue has arisen, I've called Ryan and we have always resolved easily and to our mutual satisfaction.
