Description of Work: Fertilized my yard. They do a pretty good job - my yard looks great. I had a bad experience last year with a service and was not impressed with their resolution. However, they did offer some money back as a compromise. All in all, they have a good product and good service. Only complaint is pushy sales people.

Description of Work: We have used True Green lawn service for almost 10 years. Over the last few years they have been bought by CemLawn, or True Green bought CemLawn. Well this started the downfall of their customer service. I could never get a hold of the local branch if I had a question or if I needed something. Also up until last year we had the same tech do the lawn service every time, all season. Last year we had a different tech do the service the almost every time. Normally this wouldn't be a problem but twice the tech forgot to shut the fence gate and our dog got out. Then on the third application the tech burnt a section of our lawn due to over fertilizing. We tried to call our local True Green branch to try to get it fixed and kept getting the call center. After three days a manager called and said they would come out and look at it and fix the problem. Great! We requested that they come while we were home. On the agreed upon day they didn't show up. So we called the call center again and waited for a call back from a manager. The next day we see something on our front door.....notes from the Trugreen Tech that had come out and treated our lawn. OK?, call the call center again and wait for another three days for someone to call us back. | |Then, this year I got a few emails saying Trugreen need my signature for service this year. Call the number and get the call center. They tell me I should talk to the local branch and for the next 20 minutes I get bounced back and forth from the call center to the local branch and back to the call center. Finally a person at the call center tells me the local branch isn't taking calls at this time. She then told me the computers were down and she would have to call me back. That was a week ago and still haven't gotten a call back. Needless to say I called an canceled their service. | |It really disappoints me because like I said earlier we have used them for many years and they were always easy to work with and had great customer service. They don't seem to have that any more.

Lawn applications were suppose to be three applications fertilizing and weed control, and other two applications bug and disease control. Instead they did all fertilizing, and they burned the lawn. They applied 4 three and shrubs applications, I felt like they were just spraying water and always they were skipping more than half of the shrubs and trees.

ALSO, I WAS OVERCHARGED FOR THE SERVICE. AFTER A DISASTROUS SEASON, MY REP. CALLED ME AND ASKED HOW HE COULD MAKE THINGS RIGHT. THEY OFFERED ME A DEAL FOR THE FIRST 2 TREATMENTS. NOW THEY CALLED ME AND SAID THEY HAVE NO DOCUMENTATION OF SUCH, AND THE REP. WAS FIRED. I HAVE NO TIME TO SPEND GOOD MONEY WITH SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL OUTFIT, AND HAVE ALREADY TOLD ALL MY NEIGHBORS TO STEER CLEAR. ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND I WILL NEVER USE THEM EVER AGAIN.
