The service was excellent. They were the best carpet cleaner that I have ever had. The carpet dried fairly quickly as well.

Very professional and thorough. He did a wonderful job and our carpets looked and smelled so clean!! I was very happy with it.

He was very prompt and professional and did a fabulous job of cleaning my rugs for a very great price. He even removed stains that had been there a long time. However, he suggested that my wood floors get cleaned and sealed. I was very underwhelmed with the look at my floors for a $1200 cost. Plus, there's a big glob of excess sealant going into my dining room. I did pay extra to avoid moving furniture but did have to move the dining room furniture back in place. Would highly recommend him for carpet cleaning but can't recommend for wood floor cleaning/sealing.

He is passionate about his work and diligent. The money I spent was well worth it. It is like the carpets are new even though they are maybe 10-15 years old.

Other than a minor scheduling issue, no issues. Professional and courteous. Everything came out beautifully. Couldn't ask for better service. The owner worked alone on the job, and got it all done us 2.5 hours. Took a bit longer with only 1 person cleaning - which is different than the companies that send out a crew, but the attention to detail was worth the wait. Nice job. I would definitely recommend.

Scheduling a time was easy. Greg called ahead to understand what we were looking to do. He then showed up on time and got the carpets looking like new.

It was pre-treated and cleaned. The dirty areas were fresh and greatly improved. The carpet eas dry in a relatively short time. We would have liked our sofas moved, but we failed to communicate this.

The technician was courteous, quick, efficient. He offered to do an extra room because my rooms are small (every other time I've had carpet cleaners, they've considered the hall the 3rd room. I feel like the carpet is really cleaner this time than other times I have gotten it cleaned.

Excellent job cleaning and gave us some great advice on spot cleaning in the future.

Spectacular! The "surgeon" was a pleasure to work with and provided details about the process and provided some hints to keep things in better shape longer. He was professional in every way and went as far as getting on his hands and knees to check out some particularly difficult stains. In addition he carefully cut out part of the carpeting where we had some "substance" stuck in the fibers. We couldn't even tell that there had been anything there. When the whole effort was complete, our carpets looked great and we were ready to let our infant daughter loose on the carpet.

The difference is amazing and we would use them again.

It went good and I found them to be very professional. I was concerned about moving furniture and they got right at it. Shared expertise on vacuum clearners as I had struggles with bad ones. Carpet looks nice.

It went great! I used a deal from Angie's List. The person showed up promptly and cleaned the carpet well. It had many pet stains and it came out beautifully! He was knowledgeable about carpets and gave me some tips on spot cleaning for the future. I would use again.

It went well once I learned how to get in contact with the provider. Greg Pogue contacted me through Angie's List email messaging center and we were able to set up an appt through email and then through phone contact. Greg was very professional and great to work with. I messed up our first appt by missing our scheduled date but he was more than accommodating when we had to reschedule. Greg arrived on time, explained thoroughly what he was going to do and made several helpful recommendations. He helped me a great deal and even suggested helping us out with our wood floor and shower ceramic tile. I will most definitely have him back to complete those suggested restorations. I believe his prices to be honest and fair.

He was flexible in that I hadn't originally included the steps but added it. There were carpet protectant options not included in the original promotion that were offered but he was not pushy about it which I appreciated. Not having professional carpet cleaners before I don't have any experience to compare it to but overall was pleased.

We were experiencing some very cold weather and the company had to reschedule a few times as it was too cold to operate the machinery. However they worked with us and kept us informed all the way. When the service man did come he was professional, hardworking and thorough. He took the time to tell us what he did and gave us options as far as future treatments and owrk on our carpets. He made the old carpets come back to life.

The gentleman did an excellent job. He wanted to make sure that everything was to my satisfaction, so the follow-up and the quality of work was excellent. He did such good work that I had them go ahead and clean the basement area as well.

Gave detail of process. Punctual. An educated tradesman. Took about an hour and a half. Terrific results...gave specific instructions on how to take care of carpet.we hired Greg to do some work on hard wood floors later in the month. i was not home but my dad was, he said the cleaner was helpful and friendly. He asked my dad what needed to be done and cleaned the carpet. There were some spots that were extra dirty and he cleaned them. he also told my dad to call him if I had any questions.

Did a very good job by getting out difficult stains. Our living room carpet is older and a dark color. It dried with marks from cleaning machine that did not come out with vacuuming. Gary came back and was able to over the carpet and get the marks out. He was prompt and did everything well.

Greg Pogue was very pleasant, responsive and easy to work with. He did a good job, explaining the process and why he recommended the type of cleaning he did on my carpeting. I will definitely use him again.
