Jeremy was pleasant and professional. . The carpet and area rugs came out much cleaner than I had expected. However the return of the most seriously stained rug was terrible. I did appreciate the substantial discount when it was delivered.

The staff were very prompt in responding. We walked through each area and discussed issues. The carpets had never been professionally cleaned and we wasn't sure they could be brought back. WOW...They did a fantastic job. There were a few stains which didn't come out - but the guys told me that ahead of time - that's what rugs are for - right?!. I am so impressed. Some of the stains we weren't sure were able to be removed were gone. They were very easy to deal with. I will definitely use them again. The cost of the service was more than what we first discussed. The original estimate over the phone was close, except didn't include a protective coating. Due to the amazing job, I had the extra work completed.

their estimate was half of what it cost. All of a sudden there were all these upcharges. I had no time to get another service before a party so I was stuck. They could have explained this before. It seemed like their MO was to underbid, get to the job and inflate the costs.

They do a very good job..come back if any stains resurface..pleasant..

They are too far away, but amazing customer service. I have already referred them to numerous people near the cities. Will keep their contact for my sister to use when she moves into her apt.

They did fine. They did clean up the carpet. I did pay more. They delivered what they promised. But then, it was costing a bit more because we had to do a bit extra. The extra cost was more than what I thought it would be. Quality was fine. They did a pretty good job. They had to reschedule my appointment. They were a little bit late. We were trying to get out of the house. We wanted to go somewhere. But, they arrived late and we had to wait a little bit longer. They were pretty professional.

Cleaning went well. My mom's house had just sold, and we were cleaning the carpet for the buyers. Greg was clear about what the company could and could not do about the dirt and wear on the light-colored carpeting. A standard steam cleaning a year ago by another company hadn't done much for the dirt and wear tracks. Surface Surgeons' method did a much better job on the stairs and the wear in the high-traffic areas is definitely less visible. There are still some darker areas in front of where the sofas were, and a few streaks were left when the carpet dried, but again, a considerable improvement. The buyers were satisfied. We had a couple of communication glitches. I wanted a written estimate, but never received the promised email. The day of the service, they called to say they needed to come a couple of hours later than scheduled. It was somewhat inconvenient because the house was unoccupied and I had to rearrange my plans to be there. Other than that, it was fine. The price was as agreed upon and the cleaners were professional and pleasant.

Surface Surgeons did an excellent job on some old carpet. I was thinking of replacing the carpet, but when they finished I was no longer thinking of replacement. They were punctual, professional, and I would definitely hire them again.

Cleaned carpets, spot checked stains scotch guarded.. Great job. A year warranty on stains that come back! Awesome!!

Took care of cleaning as described by Big Deal of the time, also walked me through extra charges they could do for some of the stains left by the tenants. They worked hard and were able to get most of the stains out. Carpet was probably not even vacauumed by my tenants for 2 years, and they brought it back to life

Arrived as scheduled, generally went OK. Challenged their square footage calculation of bathroom wall, and after they remeasured, they adjusted the area and cost.

I thought they did a fantastic job. My wife doesn't like what they did in the shower, they took the finish off the grout. Everything else was good. They broke a window and replaced it at their cost. The cost wasn't to bad. The price was good.

I bought their deal and then upgraded to have the carpets "restored". This is a deep cleaning above and beyond the normal because it had been years since my carpets were cleaned professionally. They did such a great job that I think I'll be able to get more life from a 20 year old family room carpet that I thought was beyond hope. Stains on my living room carpet that I had previously tried to clean and failed came right out. They are professional and explain what needs to be done. Definitely worth the upgrade.

I called to schedule an appointment for these services. I needed to coordinate between Surface Surgeons and the tenant. That was arranged, and the technician called with reminder appointments as well as when they were on their way. They also called when they were done. They offered stain protection, which I declined. The tenant was pleased with the service.

Owner was very responsive and scheduled me right away as soon as I bought the big deal Angie's coupon. The problem is that when they showed up they basically talked down the service that they sold me via angies list and said in order to get good results, we would need to buy their upsell. Ended up spending more than twice what I intended to pay with my big deal coupon. Had I known that, I would not have gone with them as I picked them based on their price. Carpets were clean when they were done but not worth the extra cost they charged.

It went fantastic, they got all the pet stains out (I am an in-home pet sitter). The carpet looks great for 12 years old!

Really good service. On the first time they came out, they gave me a week warranty to come back out if there pet smells. They came back out (free of charge) a second time and took care of everything else.

I will preface this review by saying that we've lived in our house for 7 years and never had our carpets professionally cleaned. I brought a hoover carpet cleaner and we've used it a few times, but it isn't the best machine out there. We have one dog and two young kids, so the poor carpets have seen their share of abuse over the past several years. The cleaners were on time and were very careful with our furniture and floors. They even moved our big sectional couch, which I wasn't expecting. We originally brought the basic three room pre-soak, shampoo, and wash for $89. They upsold me on the deep scrub, since it had been years since our carpets were cleaned and I knew we needed as much help as possible! I also upgraded to a light deodorizer and "green" stain guard with a one year guarantee. It was worth the extra money, because our carpets looked way better than I was expecting when it was all over. They got out stains that had been in the carpets for years. There were a couple spots they had issues with, but were very forthcoming that they couldn't get those areas up as well as they hoped. They still looked much better than before they arrived! Both men were very professional and courteous. I am very pleased with the finished results and would definitely hire them back again in the future. Next time we won't wait quite so long!

Provider was prompt and professional in conduct. He also seemed knowledgeable and helpful in answering questions.

Small problem with a piece of wood getting chipped off of a bed post, but a protecting sealer was applied free of charge to compensate us, so I was pleased that this was offered. Floors were very dirty, especially the stairs, and they look like new now. Very happy with the result.

Shawn and Dave were polite, professional, and energetic. We were the last job of the day, but you couldn't tell by their industry. They were very careful with our furniture and walls. They used their own water, so our front door had to be left ajar while they shamppoed. Shawn spent 10 minutes going over the job with me, selling me on other services they had to offer. Anything that I said I didn't want was accepted immediately and politely. Dave was already working, and Shawn then joined him. From arrival to departure was an hour and a half. We couldn't be happier. They recommended walking on the wet carpet with slippers for us. For our small Rat Terrier/Jack Russell dog, there was no problem for her to walk on it immediately. There is nothing in their cleaning chemistry that is harmful. It felt dry after 4 hours, but we followed their recommendations and didn't remove the furniture protectors for 24 hours. My wife held to their recommendation to not vacuum for 3 days, although they thoroughly vacuumed the carpet before they did any shampooing anyway. We would recommend these guys to anyone. We could have done it ourselves, but it was well worth the money for us to have them do it. We will call them again for any carpet cleaning service needs.

I had purchased a big deal for the service. The guy was very friendly, and he told me that he was doing something extra for me with a big spill spot, but I don't think they were that great, in terms of how clean my carpet was. They came out quick, and they were very accommodating because I needed to have my carpet cleaned before my bedroom set arrived, and they were good with that. There were more charges that were not content. They told me that the big deal was just a basic charge, and it didn't include the cleaning solutions. The toughest areas were the stairways, and that was understandable, but my bedrooms were not that dirty except for that one spot. I don't think my bedroom carpets were cleaned that specifically. There was a bright red spot, and I didn't think they would be able to get it all out. I wasn't impressed with their performance, but their friendliness was good.

Did an excellent job on cleaning our carpets. Was very aware of our home and treated it well. We would use him again for our carpet cleaning.

It was wonderful. I got very good results. They didn't try to up-sell any products. They came in and did what the deal included.
