Description of Work: When Surface Surgeons came I was not sure how much exactly 300 Sq. Yds. covered. They told me I would be able to get all my bathroom walls and floors, plus the kitchen and dinning room floors done. They went to work quickly, and were done in about an hour. they cleaned, and sealed everything.When they were done we went through it all together, and it looked great.

Description of Work: Made recommendations to help get cat urine out of my carpet. Did a great job explaining process, giving options and ultimately do the job.

Description of Work: I could never connect with the guy. On his behalf, I must say that he did try. We scheduled 2 different times and both times he cancelled because one his workers had a close family member hurt in an accident. His phone messages to me were concerning because when the ID came up on the call, it did not show his name or even "Surface Surgeons" but another guy's names. I'm single and very careful. I would like my $89 back.

Description of Work: The person was on time very personable and professional. He told me every thing he was doing and how much longer it would take. MY stairs looked nice and clean, better than expected.

Description of Work: The carpet cleaning was done very well. The carpet is cleaner than when we used one of the "special water" cleaners previously. Don't care for the "up sell" once they arrive, but job was well done.

Description of Work: My living and dining room carpets, as well as my hallway, were cleaned. I also purchased an added Scotchguard. My carpet unfortunately is already looking grungy in the high traffic areas and began to degrade shortly after the cleaning.

Description of Work: Cleaned the large living room carpet and six carpeted steps leading to the living room. I paid $89. for the original deal. The extra $100.(plus tax) was for additional deodorizing due to old cat pee. It seems to have worked reasonably well leaving almost none of the former odor.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpet upstairs and down, and did approx 15 stairs. Very prompt & professional service! Vaccummed before cleaning, took care of spots, problem areas were brought to our attention. Excellent service!
