Description of Work: We used his services for carpet cleaning instead and he kindly let us apply the tile cleaning deal we had already paid for on Angie's List. He did a thorough job and was prompt and pleasant. A few months earlier when we thought we would use the tile cleaning service, he referred us to some tile grout repair guys because that work was needed before, cleaning could be done. They were clueless, expensive and very unprofessional. We had to redo the grout ourselves a month later. However, I do recommend dealing directly with owner operator of Surface Surgeons, it was a good experience having him clean our carpets.

Description of Work: Cleaned 3 BR, LR & hallway. Very thorough. I was very pleased after having been quite disappointed with a high profile competitor the last two times I cleaned carpets. Surface Surgeons bends over backwards to make sure you're informed and happy. I will use them again, and I'm already referring others.

Description of Work: They cleaned 550 sq ft of carpet. The carpet is old and so was not sure of outcome. The result was amazing! Definitely, brightened up the place. They also used corner protectors and made any furniture moved during the cleaning was moved back. Business was conducted in a pleasant and professional manner.

He didn't charge extra for spot pre-cleaning or any other pre-cleaning steps. He moved any furniture or accessories that needed moving. My carpets have never looked better!
