Initially the insurance adjustor said that only siding would be covered. Signature personnel arranged for a second adjustor, they marked hail damage, and accompanied the second adjustor on his roof inspection. The second adjustor agreed that insurance would cover both the roof and siding. Signature's help saved me over $15,000. Their workmanship is excellent, prompt, and cleanup was perfect. In and out on schedule as they promised. I would definitely recommend them and use them again but that will depend on Mother Nature and any more hail damage. Their roofing work is warranted longer than other contractors due to their advanced training. Great people.

It went well-they did the roof in a day!

Everything went very smoothly. They were in and out in one day, and they cleaned up after themselves. I was not here the day they did the work, and I don't know much about roofs, but it's not leaking and I have been happy.

They did an excellent job. We were very happy with their work, although we were a little disappointed when we found out that they subcontracted out their work. They did a great job, and they actually showed up early, but we would have liked to know ahead of time that they used subcontractors. They did a wonderful job cleaning up-the didn't leave a nail anywhere, and they were careful with the plants.

The rep for Signature, Joe, was great. He worked with the insurance adjuster to examine the roof after a hail storm. There were no issues contacting him when needed and he was extremely helpful and professional. The roof install itself went well. A large group came out and finished in one day, just as it started to rain. They also spray painted the taller vent caps for the furnace and fire place to color match. This is a nice touch and I noticed not all roofs replaced in our neighborhood had that done. They didn't have enough vent caps initially but came back out a few days later to fix that. I did have to have them come back a couple times to fix some shingles there were not sealed down properly. That took a few phone calls and a letter to finally get them back out. But since Joe was the best rep I've dealt with I'm not going to hold that against them in my overall rating. All I paid was my insurance deductible. Overall, the roof and vents look great.

Siding install went ok. It was only a two man crew working about 8-5 M-F so it took several days. They damaged a section of our vinyl fence but replaced it before they were done. They were somewhat rough on the plants along one side of the house. They also bent the fascia in one spot and it took me a few phone calls and a letter to get the fixed properly. But since Joe was a very professional and responsive rep, I'm not holding that against them in my overall rating. The siding looks very nice. The install was much better than what was done by the home builder as well. I'm still finding nails around in the rocks outside, but I guess that is to be expected. The installers also left a lot of dirty finger prints on the siding. Some were cleaned up when I pointed them out, but others I've cleaned myself. Overall, we may not have had all our siding replaced if Joe hadn't worked so closely with the insurance company to convince them to replace everything and it looks great.
