I went to the store to compare carpet prices to another local store. The salesperson was not at all helpful in describing the carpet varieties or helping me figure out the showroom layout so I could find what I was looking for. He left me wandering the store and never checked to see if I needed additional help. When a married couple entered the store, they got his full attention and from that point on he completely ignored me. I was there as an individual woman so it left me wondering if he didn't take me seriously since there was no man with me. I don't know that for sure but the whole experience was very off-putting. I left the store without him speaking another word to me so there was no way I would have bought anything from them.

Everything went fantastic. They arrived when they said they would and were very helpful in answering any questions I had. Everyone I interacted with was professional and knowledgeable. The work turned out great and I will definitely use them when it comes time to replace the carpet in my upstairs rooms. I am totally satisfied with Schnieder Carpet One.

They came in with a great price, plus even though they were a couple hundred dollars more than a competitor, they were able to offer warrenty and quality of service we couldn't get with anyone else. They came in on time and performed the job within the day, as promised. The sales member coordinated well with the installation team, so even when a worker had to leave, they made sure other staff was available at no extra cost to me. Great sales, great service, and really appreciated their up-front information about the process, as my wife was concerned about the chemicals/process involved in carpets. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

I've been extremely happy both times! They were very professional. The flooring came out beautifully. Good quality products were used. Their workmanship was excellent which is just as important as the product. If it's not installed well, it's not going to last.

Excellent service and professionalism from sales through installation. Patient salesman, friendly workers, very conscientious installers. This company's management is not satisfied until the customer is satisfied.

They were prompt and listened. They negotiated to find what would work best for me. I was able to get flooring for a very large space within the budget that my insurance company gave me, without any pressure.

One bathroom had old flooring that had to be removed and plywood installed before the new vinal floor. Both rooms had toilets that had to be removed and replaced and each room had a radiator that the flooring had to go around. The work too somewhat longer than anticipated but the installer finished both rooms the same day. I am very pleased with the workmanship and overall quality of the job. The company was very pleasant to deal with.

Everything went very smoothly from getting an estimate to the actual installation. Carpet looks great and the installer cleaned up well after the job.

We only shopped at two places, Schneider Carpet and another carpet company, both of St. Paul. We had used Schneider about 20 years ago when we replaced carpet throughout the house. They both carried the same brands of carpet and floor covering. We took samples home from both companies. Carpet company was very slow on their estimate, with much concern about asbestos, first in the tile themselves and then with the glue under it. It delayed their estimate about a month. Schneider stated that there was no asbestos problem (we asked them) and submitted the estimate very timely. I believe Schneider put the flooring in originally, but they were unable to look it up. We waited until we had both estimates in hand. The estimates were only $100 apart and we were discouraged with carpet company by now. We asked Schneider to match the carpet company estimate and they did.

They handled all of my insurance. Took all of my furniture out and in. Came out within 24 hours and had the carpet delivered relatively fast. The installation went fine, however there was a small spot on the carpet. They came out and repaired that spot and gave us some spot removal. The men that came and did the work were all fantastic; I was happy with their work. I would hire them again for future service.

They did a really nice job. Some paint was slightly nicked on the stairwell but I'm not sure if that is to be expected or not.

I had found the carpet that I was interested in on their web site, where it was marked as being on sale. When I went in to the store to borrow color samples, there was no indication of a sale price. But after Paul measured the room and I told him about the web site, he went back and checked, and gave me the sale price, which made quite a nice difference. The installation was prompt and went very smoothly. The carpet looks great. Everyone involved was very helpful.

Installers arrived on time, prepared to rip up the old vinyl in the front entrance and the parquet vinyl and old carpet at the garage entrance. They had the right colors, and three experienced tile layers to work on the project. They laid the tile the first day and asked us not to step on it so the glue could set. We went in through the back door that day. After it set a day, they came back and put in the grout. About a week later, the grout at the top of the front entry stairs was cracking slightly, so one of the men came back and shored it up with some wood pieces below the lip. We were really pleased with the professionalism and craftsmanship of the tile layers. When one of the men wanted to take our carpet and put it to second use, the sales contact, Don, agreed to take the "haul away" charge off our bill. That was very satisfactory, too.

Excellent all the way. They were on time and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves. The installation was done on time.

Margo, the sales woman, was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the right carpet for a home with two dogs. Kurt, the installation person, did a fantastic job, went over and above what I expected. He cleaned up and even vacuumed the new carpet and helped me with another small job. Don, the estimator, followed up more than once and wanted to be sure I was satisfied with the work and had received the carpet care instructions he mailed after the job was done.

I WORKED WITH JIM IN SCHNEIDER'S SHOWROOM TO NARROW DOWN MY CHOICES. HE WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL IN EXPLAINING THE VARIOUS CHOICES AVAILABLE TO ME. THE ESTIMATOR WHO CAME GAVE ME PRICES FOR VARIOUS OPTIONS, INCLUDING REPLACING THE FLOOR WITH NEW HARDWOOD. I DIDN'T PURSUE THE COMPANY BECAUSE THEIR ESTIMATE WAS TOO HIGH.

SALESMAN WAS INFORMATIVE AND POLITE BUT BID CAME IN HIGHER THAN OTHERS.

THE COMPANY DID AN ABSOLUTELY SUPER JOB! WE HAVE USED THEM IN THE PAST AND THEY ARE ALWAYS CONSISTENTLY GOOD. THEY STRIVE FOR PERFECTION AND I THINK THEY ACCOMPLISH IT IN EVERY ASPECT OF SERVICE. THE CHARGE IS PROPORTIONATE TO THE QUALITY OF WORK.

THE WORKERS WERE ON TIME AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.
