I would use them again. He was on time and very clean. The price was reasonable. I was appreciative that he put a tarp down to contain the mess.

I OK'd the work, but told them I wanted a written estimate, but they wouldn't give this to me. They pulled some of the piping that was there for cold water out and connected that to other piping. They set off my fire alarm and then disconnected it but didn't reconnect it before leaving. They moved my washing machine and didn't put it back exactly how it was, so it was uneven. I had a new faucet installed upstairs and they came to work on that and now it leaks badly. I don't know how long this leak has been going on. He told me this was an old faucet and I told him I'd just replaced this faucet and would not allow him to work on it. I had to have a painter refinish and repaint the entire bathroom where they had cut a hole in the wall to put a new faucet in, when all they should have done was screwed it into the shower wall. I don't know why they were so arrogant and belittling towards me, but I will never use them again.

Was 15 minutes late but called to apologize and say he'd be there in 15 more minutes, and he was. Cleared drain without incident and reassembled some piping I had disassembled while trying to clear the clog myself. (I had done the same thing about a year ago and used Rotor Rooter who refused to reassemble and charged $139.00!!!). In the "Above and Beyond" category Greg (the serviceman) adjusted the hot water faucet handle in wash tub without comment nor extra charge and gave me some advice on where to find a rare plumbing replacement part I needed (unrelated to the problem he was there to address).

Great experience. Called on Friday afternoon, spoke to Greg (who also did the work), was scheduled for 9am the following Monday. Everyone friendly and polite. Showed up precisely on time. Greg even told my curious kids about how you become a plumber and what the work was like. He was very nice. Everything cleaned up after the job was done.

I was very pleased. Greg was able to schedule the work the day after I called. He said he would arrive at 11:00 AM, but called to say he was running ahead of schedule and would arrive early. He asked questions to make sure he installed the type of shutoff valve I wanted and did the work quickly and efficiently. He removed the old toilet and installed the new one. No problems. I will call Rose Plumbing the next time I need any plumbing work done.

Prices are always reasonable, we do not shop around anymore.

They were very good. They were prompt.

Denny was a good listener when quoting the job, and explained why he couldn t do things exactly like I had originally suggested. He has strong opinions from experience and knows Roseville/Shoreview homes well. Denny said they would show up between 8:30 9:00am. They arrived at 8:40. After the work was done, he walked me through everything before presenting me with the invoice for $1,000 (as quoted). He also encouraged me to call if there were any issues or questions. To date everything has worked just fine. Denny also signed off on my Xcel Energy water heater rebate.

They did a great job and we would use them again.

I just wanted to let members know that this company will only do work in the Roseville area. I live in St. Paul and they would not drive down (4 miles) to do the work.

We used Rose Plumbing 20 years ago and it was great to see that they continue to provide quality service. Greg did a super job of tapping into existing water service. He came within 48 hours for the bid and easily accommodated our schedule for the installation of plumbing and sink. We would definitely go with Rose Plumbing again.

Called Rose on Thursday morning after another plumber didn't show. Denny said they could be there about noon, they called at 11:30 to confirm, and were there right at noon. Everything was too frozen for them to work on, so they had me set up a space heater, turn up thermostat, etc. and said they could be back Friday at 8:30am, and went to arrange for the permit. They showed up by 8:30am on Friday, brought in additional heaters, mechanical snake, etc., and worked straight through for 7 hours. The damage was less extensive than originally appeared, when they thought it might be a multi-day task. They got everything done, and cleaned up after themselves. They were pleasant and offered several good suggestions. They also gave me the rate listed on Angie's List even though they said it was out-of-date. They did not charge for travel time.

Greg did a fantastic job - very quick, efficient, and tidy. I really appreciated that he was able to work around my schedule and called before he arrived at the house. The new faucet works great and he gave recommendations on how to fix the problem in the bathroom, both short-term and long-term solutions. The price was definitely fair for the amount and quality of the work.

I have been using Rose plumbing for all of our plumbing needs, both at home and for several rental properties. Greg has always come to our rescue, solved the problem and charged a very reasonable amount. When I called on Friday, Greg was unavailable and Denny came that afternoon and cleared the drain. He even replaced a part on the kitchen faucet, on his own, to get a better water flow and did not charge for it. Not only are both Greg and Denny very professional and honest, they also provide high quality service at a reasonable cost.

The flapper works most of the time, but sometimes it sticks in the open position. It is an old toilet, so it may be hard to find a flapper of just the right size and shape. Still, the contractor said he would come by to adjust the toilet, but never did.

Greg has come out a number of times. He is always prompt, courteous and leaves the work area clean. He has run 2 new gas lines for me in the past ($738) and seems to always be available when I need him.

This project took a full day and overall, it went well. He forgot to level the laundry tub, but I was able to take care of that myself, so just a minor quibble.

The first day,Greg showed up earilier than expected. (He called first to make sure this ould be okay.)He first found the source of the leak and then very carefully took off paneling, baseboards and ceiling tile. He stopped the leak and then reccomended a complete replacing of the pipes. He estimated the cost would be between $900 and $1,000. He scheduled a time to come back. He came as promised and finished the job the same day. The final cost was just over $900.

Excellent! Wonderful! The gentleman who came out was careful, considerate and very reasonable in pricing. Initially, he came out and completed what we believed to be a sufficient fix. However, I later realized that the problems were more extensive than we originally anticipated. I then called the repairman, he returned the same day and did more work as was necessary. The point is, he did no more work than was necessary and kept costs down. Initially, there was no way to know that more work would eventually needed to be done, until the first part was done. When he returned, he was totally helpful and quickly identified the extent of the remaining problem. This was fixed in a very reasonable manner. (He even identified and fixed a potential problem for the future by installing a shut-off valve-which we never had BEFORE). I would recommend their services without hesitation!!!!

Very positive experience! Greg called me back within hours of my message, scheduled an appt for the next day and showed up exactly on time. He quoted me a price less than half other estimates I received over the phone (from two companies who didn't want to do an in-person estimate). He completed the work right then - did an excellent job including the cleanup. I'm so excited to have a dry floor in my basement!!! Thanks, Greg!

Overall experience was excellent. Definetly will use them when I get a new water heater, which will be in the next couple of months.

We were very pleased. The job took longer than anticipated and they were there for more than 3 hours but didn't jack up the bill. Very fair and professional. We'll definitely use them again.

Excellent! Called very early in the AM. I was put in touch with the person who would do the work right away. Called at 6:00 AM, and he was here in 20 minutes. He left by 8:30. He was very business-like and professional. He cleaned-up the mess and was gone.
