He arrived on time, had to removed ceiling tile and frame from basement ceiling to get to the pipes, worked carefully, professionally and efficiently.. Spent 9 hours, working through his lunch break picking up materials and disposing of old pipe.

It was a positive experience overall.

The drain from the bathtub was running very slow because of a clog in the long horizontal pipe that was connected from the drain trap to the vertical drain pipe that went down to the basement. I tried a couple of different biological cleaners, but they didn’t seem to do much. So, I called Greg at Rose Plumbing and he came that afternoon. He used a snake to try and clear out the pipe, but after working on it for about an hour there was only a minor difference. I was resigned to living with a slow draining bathtub, but then went back to the article in the November 2006 Consumer Reports magazine where I read about the biological drain cleaners, and looked at the mechanical drain cleaners. One of the top rated products was CLR Power Plumber Pressurized Drain Opener (http://www.jelmar.com/CLRpowerplumber.htm), so I went over to Menards and bought the single can version (not the kit) for about $8.50. I carefully followed the instructions, including filling the bathtub with about six inches of water and plugging the overflow, and wearing rubber boots, long-sleeve shirt, and eye protection. I didn’t realize how much thrust that little can would create, so with my first attempt I didn’t hold the can down against the drain with enough force and the pressurized gas shot out the side. I did it right the second time and did it a third time just to be safe. The water ran out of the bathtub like I never saw it do since I bought the house 12 years ago and has continued to drain very well. The CLR Power Plumber is an amazing product and I highly recommend it!

I was pleased with their service. They made some suggestions on how to avoid clogged drains in the future. They were very helpful.

We had a good experience and have been happy with them so far. It was a Saturday and we didn’t have any hot water. They came when they said they would. We got same-day service which was what we wanted. They not only did the work the same day but he came over within 10 minutes to look at it and tell us what we needed to do. He got here before I could call him to come back. He stopped by and said that he would like to get started. We paid $700 which didn’t include the water heater - we had to get that separately. I’m sure we will use him again in the future.

I called Rose Plumbing because they were the company who originally installed the faucet. He was very good. He came back out twice. The first time he simply told me what the problem was and taken the faucet apart so that I could get the parts. Since it was with the faucet manufacturer I called them and I was able to send the parts back so that they could send me a replacement. They shipped the parts out to me right away. He came back out and installed the faucet. He only charged for the one visit, so I thought the price was reasonable. I think that they are quality.

Great!!! Called one day, work completed the next day as promised. Used appropriate covering to protect carpet and other flooring from damage and let the area in better condion than he found it.

I was satisfied with the quality of their work. They came in very quickly to do the job for us and were very punctual. Their price was good too.

Denny came promptly for an estimate and performed the work well, on time, and at a much better price than other estimates.

Went great. Called them at 9:00 am, and he arrived at 11:30 am. The drain was cleared by 12:10 pm. Friendly, professional service. Fair price.

They came first thing, were energetic and efficient; the boss was on the job. They know all about construction in my neighborhood.

Denny and an assistant arrived right on time, worked quickly, and did an excellent job. Denny was considerate enough to do the dirty job last so as not to drag dirt through the house. They also quickly worked their way through a challenging old-house problem (using a sawzall to get rid of an old unused pipe that was obstructing faucet installation).

My two-year old kitchen faucet, which has a built-in sprayer, developed a leak that soaked the floor of my cabinet and flooded part of the kitchen floor. Greg came over the next day and said the sprayer mechanism was faulty and would need replacement. I called the manufacturer, as he recommended, and they shipped me a new sprayer free of charge. Greg installed it for me within two days and charged me only for the second visit. The $117 I paid him included replacement of a very old laundry tub faucet (labor, not parts). I was very pleased with the speedy service Greg provided.

Our experience was very good. It has been about a month since Greg fixed our toilet and no more leaks.

Even though it was not an emergency, I called Rose plumbing and Greg was in the neighborhood and showed up within 1/2 an hour! I had a dual-flow toilet (Kohler 3654) I spent many hours trying to unsuccessfully install. This was a very difficult toilet to install, having to bolt it to the floor, and rough-in minimum had to be exact. Greg hadn't installed that type of toilet before but performed the work and explained what was going on. Greg was friendly and did a great job!

They did a great job. He came over I should him what needed to be done and he did it. It took as long as he said it would and it cost what he thought it would over the phone.

They were great. My mom called early in the AM and they were out there first thing. The repair person was great and carefully looked over everything for them. He left my parents greatly relieved and impressed with their service and integrity. Easily they could have been sold a new water heater.

I called and said I needed a toilet fixed and probably would want a complete remodel job done. I think it was Greg (not sure) said he'd be out the next day at 4:00 and that he would call when he was on his way. He didn't call but did show up on time. He came in to do the toilet. I said that I thought he was here for an estimate to remodel the bathroom. I showed him the damage around the toilet from a leak. He agreed that it wouldn't make sense to fix it now but to wait. He said he would have another guy that handles remodeling get a hold of me. That was a Thursday. The following Tuesday I called Greg? back. He said the other guy had been out of town on the weekend and they'd been busy. The following Saturday I noticed a call from them on my caller I.D. They didn't leave a message. They must be pretty darn busy so I looked elsewhere.

They are really good. They are competent and very knowledgeable. When I talked to them on the phone, they told me exactly what we would need. We had some delay in our home remodeling projects, and we had to reschedule them two times because the other projects were not completed on time. They were very respectful and easy to work with.

I was very pleased with them. They gave us a good price and I was very appreciative with the work. They came in and did what they said they were going to do. Both times that he came he was on time and did a very good job.

I called early in the morning; they called me back in a couple of hours and Greg was able to get here at noon. Both jobs together took an hour; he was super efficient!!! I will definitely use Rose plumbing again if I have plumbing work to be done.

I called on Monday morning because my water heater had been leaking. Greg gave me his cell phone number so I could call him as I was leaving work. He came right over, and we found the water leaking very badly by then, so he went right over to his supplier and got a new one and installed it right away. After turning the water on again, he noticed another pipe dripping in the basement which was the feed to the hot water in the lav. sink. It looked all corroded, so we made a plan for him to return in 3 days and take care of that too. He returned on Thursday, and then I also remembered that the cold water pressure at the kitchen sink was very low, so he also changed a valve there, and was on his way in three hours time. I have used this company before, and was very pleased, which is why I would not hesitate to call them again.!
