Greg showed up on time. He left each area he worked in clean after he finished. The work was completed in the time estimated and for the price estimated.

Prompt, knowledgeable and very experienced. Well equipped with all the necessary tools and supplies so repairs were done fast, making it look easy.

Their service was professional. They were local to my area so that's much appreciated. They were able to get out and do the service very quickly. We've had them do a number of things before and we were always quite pleased with the results.

Greg was quick to return my call. He was able to work around my schedule - and finished in the time frame he had originally quoted. He even looked at leak under my bath sink that I found while he was there - how lucky was I to have a plumber in the house! He replaced the ceiling tiles in the basement (that the electrician left down) and swept up behind himself! And he even took his shoes off without me asking! Definately recommend him!

He was great. Showed up right on time and came up with creative solutions to make the new laundry sink work for multiple uses (portable dishwasher spigot). All that and still finished on time and for the estimated price.

Disappointed Rose has policy of not doing business outside Roseville. Would have liked to try them. Also disappointed Angie's List didn't allow me to check the "N/A" for "Overall Experience".

It went extremely well. I had told them that I had an oval toilet and it turned out to be a round one. He made a special trip to get the correct toilet and installed it very quickly. We are very happy with the new one and will continue to use Rose Plumbing.

They arrived prior to their quoted time. They finished the work very quickly as well as assessed some other work for us. They gave us estimates on the spot for additional services, which was appreciated. They were friendly, punctual, and fair.

This was our 2nd experience with Greg for plumbing, and he did not disappoint. He was punctual, professional, and explained potential future issues with our basement setup for the outside faucet. Greg charges $100/hr with no trip charge.

It went well. The plumber showed up 5 minutes before he said he would. The quality of the work looks good. It was just a small job and not much hassle in arranging it nor in the performance.

They came, but didn't find anything. They also didn't charge me.

Uneventful. He told me if he could not disassemble the shower faucet from the shower side that he might have to go into the adjacent bath to get access through the wall. Said he would talk to me if that were the case.He was able to get access simply and had the faucet working.in a short time.

They are close to where we live and we trusted them. We spent $150 on that service. The water heater went bad and it was still under warranty, so we took it out. The company we got the water heater from gave us a new one, but we were not handy enough to install it ourselves, so we called them. We thought that the pricing was fair. They were clean and everything works and there are no leaks.

We are in the midst of a major remodel of our basement and also planning on adding a front porch in the future. With this in mind we knew that we needed to remove an exterior faucet from the front of the house when we decide to proceed with the porch. Since the basment access area will be completely sheetrocked we knew it was time to rearrange our faucets. Greg came out and removed the front faucet and related pipes. He then routed a new flexible pipe through the basement ceiling space that will soon be covered. He installed a new exterior faucet on the east side of the hour close to the front. This will allow us to have water easily accessible for the front yard but not be a barrier to adding a new porch.

Went just fine. Greg was on time and did a great job. He advised us on future options we could consider to improve our plumbing.
