ROSE PLUMBING

Description of Work: Rose Plumbing sounded like a great deal. They had a decent price on a popular brand of water heater (AO Smith) but the plumber did not seem too interested in taking on the job. At first he said that I lived too far away (I live less than 2 miles away from their shop). Then, he recommended that I "call around" but I had already been without hot water for several days and I wanted to get the job done. The job was scheduled and I made arrangements to take a vacation day from work, only to have the plumber call me the night before my appointment (8:00 p.m.) to cancel! He was not interested in rescheduling the job and I was left hanging without a plumber at the last minute - after hours - too late to call anyone else out for the next morning. I even asked him for a recommendation and was once again told to "call around - there are lots of plumbers." So, with that said, this is the advice I would give to anyone looking to contract with Rose Plumbing - "call around - there are lots of plumbers."

Description of Work: After moving into a new home, we needed to have several maintenance issues addressed. Rose Plumbing performed a number of tasks, including (1) replacing one toilet completely; (2) replacing all parts in three other toilets; (3) sealing cracks around showers and tubs; and (4) installing a new, conventional laundry drain pipe that had been removed by the prior owners when they had re-modeled the laundry room previously. This involved going behind sheetrock and running pipe from one floor to another. Overall, Denny and Jim did an excellent job. They came on one day to provide us with an estimate and then they completed the work the next day, arriving when they said they would arrive, and making sure that everything was cleaned up when they were done. Very nice quality. We will definitely keep them in our roledex for when we need plumbing services again.

Description of Work: No services performed -- I contacted them and they never responded.

Description of Work: I called Rose Plumbing because our master bedroom shower was leaking into the basement. I had done some internet research on what might be going on, but that isn't the same as having an expert assess the situation. I am writing a review because Denny was out within the week and spent time with me helping me trouble shoot what was going on. He easily could have taken advantage of my lack of confidence in this area. Instead he made specific recommendations on what I should do next and if those didn't work I should call back. I did the work he suggested and the leaking stopped. He saved me money and earned my trust. I will be calling them again.

Description of Work: We had a water pipe spring a leak. I called Rose, and within 30 minutes we had Greg from Rose Plumbing at our house. In my wife's words "he was nice, clean, professional, everything you could want." He was done within 40 minutes, problem solved.

Description of Work: TOILET REPLACED WITH NEW ONE, OLD TOILET HAD CRACKED TANK THAT COULDN'T BE REPAIRED.
