Great! On Time, did a great job cleaning!

I was pleased on initial inspection but even more pleased As time went on and I noticed the less obvious places that were cleaned.

Not able to use it. Called me to schedule, told me he would call me back but never got back to me. If I were to spend money; I don’t want to waste my time chasing contractor around to do the work

I was not present during the activities but everything looked clean and good.

Good Not professional when answering the phone or setting up an appointment You don’t even know you are speaking to a cleaning service

They said it’s 4 hrs and came in with 4 people and just did for one hour . The quality of the work was not sooo pleasing. They were just rushing

Julio and his team was great! They were willing to reschedule when I needed to. My house was a disaster and they did a great job of making it presentable again. The detailed work in the upstairs bathroom was worth the price all by itself.

Pretty good. Cleaners were very nice and did nice work for the money. They accicently unplugged a couple of electronic items in my TV and Internet wiring during cleaning

The cleaning itself was good - two people, one did an amazing job - worked hard and results were phenominal, the other talked way too much and spent way too much time on things that really shouldn't have taken that long. They had to cancel 2 times before being able to make it out - due to family issues, but if I had anything planned that required the house to be clean, it would have been a HUGE problem with them cancelling twice.

Staff was prompt, efficient and completed most of a long list of priorities for the house cleaning. Will book with them again

It went well. They were friendly and professional and did a very good job. I was extremely pleased and happy with the finished product .

They never showed up. I called a few times and finally got a hold of someone, for some reason I wasn't down for cleaning. I didn't like that I had to pay upfront for this, needless to say I'm out 149.00$. Will never pay upfront again for a service on your list. I reported this months ago. Never got a answer. I tried calling the number 4-5 times, left messages and no one called me back over the course of 2.5 weeks. I got a refund and will be using other cleaning services in the future.

They never contacted me, nor has Angies List been able to arrange to have them contact me so they can come out to clean. Which is what I paid for. They basically took my money and never provided a service

Did very good job clearing out and leaving with job well done. Was running late but would still recommend.

Julio was great to work with. Work was good.

It went very well, and the work was thorough and professional, and they listened and responded to my requests. The only problems had to do with scheduling and getting things set up initially -- there were some glitches and delays. But I would definitely hire this group again.

We had to change dates so much were not able to settle on a time for service.

We won't use them again. All they did was the kitchen and the bathroom. The two rooms they did were done well. They were responsive and punctual. I had to point out an area to ask if they were going to do it, right under their nose. It seemed they were in a real hurry to get out of there. I can't wash the baseboards anymore and I was hoping they would do things down at a lower level. They got back to us right away and they arrived on time. The boss was good and the employee was professional. Two workers came out and spent 2 and a half hours tops.
