Rodriguez Cleaning LLC

I got a deal from them on Angie's List, pre-paid. So they got my money. But despite repeated attempts to contact them and schedule a time, they wouldn't get back to me. I got ONE message back ONE time that said they were sorry they didn't get back to me after many many months, and to get in touch and try to schedule again. I did, and once again never heard from them. So they got paid for doing nothing. I'd sue if I thought I would actually recover anything. But I'd strongly urge anyone not to do business with them through Angie's List. It's a racket.

Cleaning was ok but not great, felt like something I could have done myself and in some instances could have been better. Corners were not vacuumed and I had to go back and do touchups and the fan in my room was not dusted. Definitely did not feel like a "deep clean" felt like a "surface clean".

Buyer beware Rodriguez Cleaning LLC dose not return calls. I purchased a Deal on Angie’s List for 4 hours of house cleaning for $99.00. The vendor never returned my calls to schedule service. Dropping $99.00 in a slot machine would have been a better bang for my buck than spending it with Rodriguez Cleaning LLC.

The team was punctual, professional, and very friendly to my dog. They were also ridiculously fast with their work. I felt like the floor cleaning was a bit rushed and some spots were missed and I'll definitely go the all-natural route with the floor cleaner next time - I chose not to use vinegar and hated the smell of the cleaning fluid. For a really fast overall clean they did a good job, but if I'm preparing for something where I need meticulous (and can tolerate more time-consuming) work, I'll probably go with someone else.

All went great. Professional crew and my place was spotless afterwards. Couldn't ask for anything else.

Even though the cleaning was running long, they stayed until the job was finished. They offer a great value for their services!

Canceled twice before coming the third time. Woman did good job in bathroom. Guy used a swifter to dust around, did not move everything to clean, room still dusty and parts of floor not even swept. I give a C because maybe I expected too much.

Cleaning was good, but the cleaners seemed rushed. First appt was cancelled.

Left 3 messages over 2 months to schedule a cleaning. Finally received a call back and seller called back and a date was scheduled. On day of expected service received a call that seller had been in a car accident and would need to call back to reschedule. Have not heard back. This was a pre purchased deal. Will work thru Angie’s list to get a refund.

Excellent. Every surface was cleaned. Every minute was spent cleaning, Hard workers who did a great job and moved quickily. Very responsive to any requests/questions I had. Would highly recommend them.

It went very well. Julio is a good guy and I'm happy to support his business. He and his crew are very pleasant and efficient.

They arrived early (but called to make sure it was okay). It was a team of 3 people and the lead guy walked through the house with me to understand my needs and then communicated to his team. Great results! great experience!

Shorted me 1 and half hours asked to wipe off kitchen cabinets surface only left dust in all crevices and tops of all doors one bath could have wiped walls above shower tiles left undone

It was an unbelieveable job. Very well done. Everything was spotless. I have no idea how they got some of the stains out of the bathroom sinks and toilets, but they looked amazing. They added a lot of little touches as well, folding the handtowels, kleenex and toilet paper on the roll in a very creative way. They are a great hire for anyone looking for a house cleaner.

I asked them to clean the blinds and was told that was not part of the package. They mentioned they wish Angie's List would do a better job of explaining what the package price covered. They did do a quick once over with a duster (on the blinds). Everything appeared to be cleaned when finished; however, I noticed a lot of dust and cobwebs later.

There were 3 cleaners. They were very nice and friendly. They stayed for 1.5 hours, so really I got 4.5 hours of cleaning. They asked me to look things over and I asked them to give a little more attention to laundry room floor which they did. I quickly looked over other things and seemed good. However, as light changes during the day and I looked more closely, several areas were only partially dusted (missed edges and corners, under computer keyboard, etc). In many places where they dusted, items were just pushed aside and left there. Some individual items (lamp bases, wall sculpture) were not dusted. Overall, it was a very quick surface job.

Great! Owner was personable and considerate. The owner and his team did a fine job.

Fine except one of the cleaners spilled a bucket of water on master bedroom carpet and did not inform us. We discovered wet carpet when we took our shoes off that evening. Company did agree to clean carpet if needed.

Rodriguez Cleaning delivered! They were lovely people who were deeply concerned with our satisfaction.
