Steve came by on schedule and inspected the heater in our second home. He determined that it was damaged beyond economical repair. He offered what I thought was a very reasonable price for a new heater and some additional ductwork that was necessary so that we could actually replace the filter easily. We were having an appraisal done of the property the next day. Steve has his team there the next morning and the system was up and running well before the appraiser was scheduled to arrive. Steve was very professional, courteous, and personable. I would highly recommend his service to anyone. On top of all the great service, he threw in the service call for free.

Steve worked hard to provide me with the all the information I needed to make the right decision on replacing my failed air conditioning unit. His crew was punctual efficient, and professional, completing the full installation in one day. The installation is clean and the system works as advertised. I recommend Perfection highly.

After calling 2 other companies on the morning of July 3rd who were closed, I was pleased to have someone answer the phone at Perfection Heating & A/C. Marnie was so helpful in getting back to me & assuring me that a tech would be at our house that day. At 3:30, our A/C was fixed & working. Very pleasant people to work with. Thank you for your prompt service!

Telephone person was pleasant and helpful and told me that it was a good thing I avoided a night call (when the furnace went out) and emergency fees. The person contacted the workman while I was on the line and gave me an accurate estimate on arrival. Workman was pleasant, on task, and he gave accurate estimate before beginning. He left no materials or trash. We had planned to change companies and will choose Perfection as a result of this experience.

JIM WAS VERY THOROUGH AND THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE. HE ALSO ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS IN LAYMAN'S TERMS, WHICH WAS HELPFUL. THE CALL WAS ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED FOR MORNING, BUT HE WOUND UP NOT GETTING HERE UNTIL 3PM DUE TO ANOTHER JOB. I GAVE A ''B'' RATING FOR PUNCTUALITY, BUT WANT TO TEMPER THAT WITH THE GREAT COMMUNICATION, I GOT A CALL ABOUT 9AM ASKING ME IF IT WAS POSSIBLE TO MOVE TO THE AFTERNOON AND THEY KEPT IN CLOSE CONTACT TO NARROW THE WINDOW, I APPRECIATED THE PHONE CALLS. I WOULD HIRE AGAIN.

STEVE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF CHECKING EVERYTHING OVER AND TESTING THE UNIT OUT. WE HAVE A LENOX PULSE FURNACE WHICH IS RATHER DIFFICULT TO WORK ON. HE REALLY KNEW HIS TRADE,( STEVE HAS BEEN A HVAC TECH FOR 30 YEARS). PLUS HE GAVE ME SOME VERY GOOD TIPS ON A FEW THINGS I CAN DO MYSELF BETWEEN SERVICE CALLS. AND YOU CANT BEET THE PRICE. HE WAS HERE FOR ABOUT AN HOUR AND A HALF AND ONLY CHARGED $79.00!!!

EXCELLENT FIRM. FOUND AND FIXED PROBLEMS WITH HOME AIRFLOW AND FURNACE INSTALLATION THAT HAD BEEN PRESENT SINCE CONSTRUCTION AND UNABLE TO BE SOLVED BY AT LEAST 3 DIFFERENT COMPANIES. EXTENSIVE ANALYSIS OF HOME COMPLETED. PRICING WAS EXCELLENT BASED ON THE AMOUNT OF WORK DONE. TRAVELED ACROSS THE METRO AREA TO DO THE JOB WITHOUT A SERVICE TRAVEL CHARGE. QUICK RESPONSE IN PREPARING QUOTE AND COMPLETING WORK. TOOK PERSONAL CARE AND CALLED TO CHECK ON OLD FURNACES (BEFORE REPLACEMENT) WHEN A COLD SNAP HIT. CREW WAS KNOWLEDGABLE, FRIENDLY, CONSIDERATE OF MY TIME AND HOME. IT WAS A DIFFICULT JOB, TAKING 3 FULL DAYS, AND THE RESULTS WERE FAR ABOVE EXPECTATION. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND HAVE ALREADY PASSED THEIR CONTACT INFO ON TO MY NEIGHBORS AND FRIENDS.

THEY CAME ON THE COLDEST DAY OF THE YEAR AND IT WAS NOT AN EMERGENCY. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN. I WAS VERY PLEASED.

UNDER THE CITY CODE OF SHOREVIEW THE COST WAS $14,000.00. PERFECTION HEATING & A/C LOOKED AT THE CODE AND SHOWED US THAT WE COULD DO IT FOR $1,000.00
