Came on time, worked hard and did really nice high quality finished work. Things that I had been meaning to do for a long time. Very nice work and would use again.

Mark was very nice, knew what he was doing, and worked hard. I would work with him again. The downsides were more company related: The electrician was pretty booked the first day he came and arrived over an hour after the window we had been given, so that wasted the morning for us. We had been told he would call when he was on the way - that didn't happen, and when I called the office they said "he'll be there in 5 minutes" - an hour later he arrived. We would have appreciated a call letting us know things were running late. The estimate on the phone was pretty close - but we were disappointed with the high material fees - the charge for the dryer plug was nearly four times what we found somewhere else and the materials doubled the bill! I understand some mark up - but that's a bit ridiculous. In the end, I would shop around more next time, but the bottom line is we needed the work done, Mark did a good job, and it cost us a lot of money. Such is life.

The electrician (Chris) was fast and extremely knowledgeable. He was willing to explain what he was doing and checked everything with me as he went.

Chris was cheerful, professional, prompt and knowledgeable. Very polite and well informed.

The electrician, Chris Taverna was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He looked at our wiring and gave us a detailed explanation as to what installing new wiring would entail, and what we would need to consider. Like the Brothers Electric estimator, he did not recommend installing new wiring unless we were completely rewiring or remodeling a room. He also explained how the insulation surrounding the light and the wattage of the bulbs mattered in regards to the older wiring. He recommended we switch to energy-saving fluorescents on the older wiring to save money as well as cut down on the wattage the bulb needed to operate, minimizing the amount of heat a light would generate. He did note our concerns with the condition of the wiring surrounding the kitchen light (our original concern), and gave me an on the spot estimate to fix it, which I accepted. I was very happy with the service and the work from Anderson Electric Co., and would choose this company again.

I asked if Chris was available because he had troubleshot and fixed a different circuit for us a few months ago. He was available within two days, and again was on time for the appointment. He quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it and explained what was happening. He offered a suggestion on a long term solution, and that Ancerson could do the work quickly. He also offered suggestions on other maintenance that we appreciated. Excellent work. He waived the trip charge because I mentioned we were an Angie's list customer.

Excellent company to work with. It was easy to get on their appointment list in a short amount of time and the electrician (Chris Taverna) showed up on time with everything he needed for the job. Chris was very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely use this company again.

Price high but in comparison to other estimates, I felt I received far more for my $. Professional estimator did work. Price high, but fair. Company office workers very friendly & efficient. Definitely one of the fairest, best electrical work.

Their estimate for the job was outrageous - 3 times that of other contractors contacted. They obviously didn't want the job.

The electrician arrived slightly late, although I received a phone call during the time window indicating that he was running behind schedule. The electrician was honest, professional, and answered my questions. He presented me with two options regarding the repair and answered honestly about the differences in cost and resources. I was pleased with the work.

Andy did a terrific job. The house is old, and it's always a challenge to do any electrical work. He clearly explained the process and the type of holes that would need to be put in the ceiling for the fixtures. He was on time, kept the workplace clean, and did quality work. He stayed extra to install the ceiling fan for me, even though the work-day was done.

When I called, they clearly explained their rate per hour, estimate time to do the work, when they would arrive, and even what kind of vehicle would pull up to my house. I appreciated the 7:00 am time option so this small job could be completed before regular working hours. Chris arrived on time and was professional, efficient and friendly. I don't know how the price compares to other companies, but I will definitely contact this company again for future work.

They did impressive work. We've used these guys before and would never use another electrician. They were fast, on time, and neat. The customer service in the office was as good as the work done in our home. We have an old house (c. 1913) so electrical changes are never straightforward. These guys get it and have come through every time.

Jesse showed up on time and did an excellent job. He charged an hourly rate, plus supplies. He cleaned up after the work and left no mess.

Chris was on time, performed the work on a timely basis, and the price was reasonable.

THE ELECTRICIAN WORKED SOLO AND WAS EXCELLENT: COURTEOUS, RESPECTFUL, ACCOMMODATING, NEAT AND CLEAN, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND INFORMATIVE, SKILLFUL, INDUSTRIOUS, TIRELESS, EXPEDITIOUS, CLEVER, A MASTER PROBLEM SOLVER, AND VERY VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PLEASANT. I'D SAY BOTH THE EXPERIENCE AND WORK WAS HIGH QUALITY.

I am completely satisfied with the work and the price. Their representative installed the fixture in a very professional and expeditious manner. He was also helpful in explaining my options for dealing with a second fixture which has been giving me problems. I would recommend Anderson Electric to others.

THE ANDERSON ELECTRIC SERVICEMAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE OUTLET. HE PERFORMED THE SERVICE QUICKLY, EFFICIENTLY AND EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT HAD CAUSED THE PROBLEM AND WHAT HE HAD DONE. I'D DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

THE SERVICE WAS GREAT FROM THE START. THE WOMAN WHO TAKES THE REPAIR REQUESTS ON THE PHONE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. ANDY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, HELPFUL AND POLITE. HE SHOWED ME THE THINGS I NEEDED TO KNOW ABOUT MY FIXTURES AND TOLD ME WHAT I COULD DO ON MY OWN (FOR EXAMPLE, DISPOSING THE FLUORESCENT BULBS). HE CLEANED UP THE LITTLE BIT OF PLASTER THAT FELL WHEN HE PUT IN THE NEW BOX. IN ADDITION, HE INSTALLED THE FIXTURE SO THAT THE PREVIOUS GAPS IN THE PLASTER WOULD BE HIDDEN.

VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. ELECTRICIAN KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING. DID NOT SLOW DOWN FROM ONE JOB TO THE NEXT, KEPT AT A GOOD PACE. WAS CHARGED BY THE HOUR.

THEY WERE QUICK TO RESPOND AND THEIR PRICES ARE GOOD.

WAS TOLD, JOB WOULD PROBABLY START AROUND 9 A.M. I HAD TO CALL AT 11:00 TO SEE WHAT WAS UP. I WAS ALSO TOLD, THE JOB WOULD TAKE 1 TO 2 HOURS AND WAS ASSURED I'D BE ABLE TO LEAVE AT 12:00 PM. THE PERSON DIDN'T ACCOMMODATE AT ALL. SHE WAS HOPING I WOULD LEAVE THE WORKER ALONE IN THE HOUSE. WAS OVER CHARGED IN TIME BY ABOUT 1/2 HOUR. CALLED TO SEE ABOUT PRICING. THE PERSON WAS GOING TO CHECK IT OUT. NEVER CALLED BACK.

HE SET IT UP AND TESTED IT TO MAKE SURE IT WORKS CORRECTLY. I GOT THEIR ESTIMATE TO MAKE IT MORE USER FRIENDLY.
