NatureWise Chem-Dry

I called to get an estimate on what carpet cleaning would cost. Paula said she would be able to come out to my house for a free estimate and to check things over and see what I need. Paula arrived in the day of the estimate on time and was great to talk to and work with. She told me exactly what she saw and what she expected would be necessary to get the carpets cleaned. She was even able to stay within my budget for everything. I hired her to do the work the next day and they were back and did an outstanding job cleaning my carpet and baseboards of all the rooms. It was fantastic! My carpets had never looked better. I will definitely be calling again on a regular basis to keep my carpets looking that nice.

We received a call back from Paula within hours of inquiring about their services on Angie's list and their great website sight. We set a date and discussed the services needed. Paula called us 20 minutes before their arrival time to let us know they were on their way. They were on time and ready to go after surveying the job and giving us an estimate. We felt the estimate was VERY reasonable for the amount of carpeting to be cleaned. They did a wonderful job. We had spots that had been present for years and Paula made them disappear! We were given instruction as how to remove red wine stains along with a can of special spot remover for future use. Eric and Paula were professional, personable and efficient. We would use their services again in a heartbeat and would most certainly recommend our family and friends use their services as well.

We were thrilled with the results. It was fast, efficient, very effective and most of all a good value. We even received some spot cleaner after the treatment.

I left a message with Paula and got a return call the same day. We scheduled an appointment the very next day. They were prompt, very courteous (to my cat, too!), efficient (in and out in two hours) and Paula went out of her way to SAVE(!) me money, pointing out that areas under sofas and other permanently-placed furniture did not require deep-cleaning (although they did cheerfully move furniture when needed, nd rolled up an area rug). I must also state, the carpets were filthy - the result of two Black Labs . When the furniture that did require moving had been relocated, the difference between the high- and non-traffic areas was almost comical. Once clean, I saw no difference at all. The whole experience far exceeded my expectations.

Paula and Eric are amazing! Working with Paula and Eric took the stress out of other work being done in our home! They are so easy to work with and they listen! They understand quality work and excellent service!

And this is why I love Angie's list Paula answered the phone she was so nice it was late at night they fit me in for the next morning she explained a lot off things to me about fabrics told me they may have to come out again they r great with dogs from extra large to small did an absolutely beautiful job I also had them do an antique chair also while they where here they explained their whole process before they did anything this is y I love Angie's list u find companies and people you trust people who you will always go to from now on

We've used Nature Wise in the past with excellent results. Paula is friendly, professional and very easy to work with. She and Eric cleaned up especially dirty traffic areas along with the rest. They worked very hard and checked with me before they left to see if I wanted them to go over any spots. They also said to call them to come back if I thought they'd missed something. The carpet looks great.

I was impressed. Paula arrived right on time and did a great job. Carpet was cleaned of all pet stains and took very little time to dry. Price was right and she even included a can of spot remover. I will definitely call her again!!!

I was getting the house ready to put on the market and was trying to decide whether to replace the carpet or just clean it. Their estimate for cleaning was so reasonable that it was worth trying that route first. She was very easy to deal with, responsive to my schedule, and knew exactly what I was looking for. They did a fabulous job, and when I asked them to redo a couple of especially stubborn spots that showed up when the carpet was completely dry, she was over within a day to redo them and got even the worst spots clean. I was very impressed.

Excellent. Paula, one of the owners, was very accommodating with scheduling--even cancelled a personal appointment to fit me in. She and her partner arrived on time, checked out my areas to be completed and got right to work. She found some rust stains on my carpet and cleaned those - got all the rust out (she had taken a picture of the before and after - it was astounding). They cleaned three rooms and two sets of stairs as well as a chaise. My carpet is about 15 years old and looks practically new again!. I had tried to remove a stain from the chaise and had left a watermark; they managed to correct my failed attempt; it looks new again too. They were very nice, polite, professional. I would recommend them and will be using them again.

The couple came a little early, but phoned ahead, so that wasn't a problem. We had two loveseats that needed to be cleaned, and one needed to have all cat hair and dander removed. The visit didn't take long, and the loveseats look great. But most of all, the cat hair is gone. The price was fair, and they even cleaned an ottoman that matched one of the loveseats, w/no extra charge.

They did excellent work. They were prompt and answered right away when I called to get set up. It's a husband and wife team and they are very friendly to work with and pleasant to have around. They use eco-friendly solutions for cleaning, and they are able to use minimal water so the carpets dry very quickly, and stay clean longer because there's not soap left which attracts dirt over time. The carpets look brand new and feel extremely soft when they're done! I had used NatureWise once before, and have recommended them the others.

They were very efficient, put in a lot of extra effort and very friendly.

We called on a Sunday, and the service was available the next day. Scheduling very convenient. We moved most of the furniture to make it easier/faster to get cleaning done. We contracted for the dining room, living room and hallway. The carpets were filthy with obvious trails from doorway to doorway (we have dogs). Paula and Eric pre-treated the entire carpet surface and explained the process, how they got into the business, and the eco-friendly nature of the products being used. It took about 90 minutes to have the entire job done. Paula even scrubbed the threshold areas. It was obviously cleaner after the first pass--Eric did a 2nd to make sure it was really clean. No odors-chemical or otherwise. Fantastic job-no more trails. Dried overnight, but we were able to walk on it/use the rooms right away. Already recommended this service to friends, and assured Paula we'd become yearly cleaning customers. She left a cannister of cleaning product for spot cleaning--great stuff. Still looks wonderful, 2 months (and several snowy days) later. Highly recommended!

My call to Naturewise Chem-Dry was answered immediately and a date was set for the work very promptly. They called when they thought they night be running late due to traffic. They arrived not too late and performed their work professionally. They were very patient and answered my questions regarding the safety of chemicals used and any residue and offered to do the work to our satisfaction and it was. We have an older carpet that hadn't been cleaned for years and had some spots. Once clean it almost looked like new. Other services were discussed and recommendations made, but under no pressure. A can of spot cleaner was left for our use and their work was guaranteed if there were any future spots we could not handle. I was very pleased with our experience with NatureWise Chem-Dry.

Paula and Eric arrived on time (and called to let me know they were on their way). Paula went around the house with me to identify potential problem areas. She pre-treated the spots of concern, including getting some old dried paint off some areas. The work was excellent. They did the whole house in two hours. It's not as wet as other cleaners I've used in the past and I imagine it will be dry soon (except the stairs... they can't use their high-powered sucker on the staircase). I would absolutely hire them again. They are very nice, honest, and respectful.

wPaula called in response to my e-mail request by phone the same day, My greatest concern as whether the cleaning products were hypoallergenic, she assured me that they were and explained the cleaning process. The bid was the lowest of three I received and they allowed a 20% Angie's discount. Paula and Eric arrived a little before the scheduled time. They cleaned the carpet and dealt with two stains, explaining that due to wicking the stain might return so left Paula left a container of stain remover to deal with any reoccurrance. Paula said that if this didn't work she would return to deal with it. My wife and I are very happy with the cleaning and the friendly and courteous service.We would definitely use NatureWise ChemDry again, and would highly recommend them.

Paula and Eric came the next day when I called them in late August, hoping to have a clean carpet for an upcoming family reunion that weekend. Their product, Chem Dry and their service is exceptional in every way. I endorse all of the accolades the other reviewers give them and more. Within hours I was able to put the furniture back in place and walk on the carpet plus we still enjoy a spotless carpet today. My review of them has been delayed by a series of unexpected events .... but I want to add my praise for their work now. Don't think twice; this is the company you want to use.

One thing that impressed me was that Paula answered my e-mail inquiry almost as soon as I sent it, and she was very informative and we made an appointment easily for the first day that was convenient for us. On the day of the appointment she called first to confirm that they were coming, and they were on time even though it was slow going on the roads after a snowstorm. I actually had to go out about the time they arrived, so my husband was here when they did the work, and he enjoyed talking with them. The work went smoothly, and we are beyond satisfied--we are thrilled--with the result. I can't imagine that we would ever use anyone else from now on.

Made a appt on line, then they called to confirm. Little waiting time, and was able to accomadate the day and time I needed. This is a wife and husband team who were very friendly and professional. They both made me feel comfortable with their knowledge ,and professionalism. .

Awesome job. They took their time and the carpet has never looked better. Much better job than the regular steam cleaner guys. They were very much the perfectionist and made sure I was happy with the job. They even left a couple of small bottles of cleaner for us to use for spots at no extra charge. I will definitely use them again and will refer to others.

Eric and Paula's GPS led them astray for twenty minutes, but she called to tell me she was running late, and gave me a time, which they beat by five minutes! When they arrived, they checked out the areas to be cleaned and the furniture. They immediately went to work and within two hours, my furniture and carpet was thoroughly cleaned. My home smells wonderful! NatureWise is a gem of a find on Angie's List. Eric and Paula provided excellent customer service, explaining to me how the machine worked, products they use, etc. The complete price was very reasonable and was so worth the money. I would highly recommend their service toanyone. They even managed to finally win over, Gracee, our dachshund! Let the holiday entertaining begin. Will definitely use their service again.

I was so pleased with my experience! Scheduling couldn't have been easier, Paula and her husband were super nice and professional, and they came promptly and worked very quickly. Our carpets were left clean and fresh and our dogs were able to go right back into the rooms. Paula gave me a canister of the spot remover they use and told me how to use it. I like that it is a green company and their process left the carpets residue free and only a bit damp. And I really like the fact that they did not ask us to vacuum before they got here; they use their own industrial vacuum before and after the cleaning. Oh, and there was no "carpet shaming" as I have had to endure with other carpet cleaning companies!

The owners came to do the work and they were terrific. I was amazed at how low the price was because they cleaned every upholstered surface on my couch and chairs - even the throw pillows. They also cleaned 2 large area rugs. They moved the furniture off and then back on. They were very professional, but also very personable. I would definitely use them again and I have already recommended them to other people.
