The two cleaners were very professional, quick and did a great job with the carpet. I have pets, so the carpets needed a good cleaning. I would definitely recommend this company and am thinking about hiring them to clean some furniture.

They called ahead to say they would be 30 minutes late. They showed up within the 30 minutes. They were so friendly, fast, and professional. They did a great job.

It went well. There was one room that still had a few spots/stains, and when I contacted them afterward regarding these, they came and worked on the spots at no charge.

Efficient and they did a great job. It is the second time they have done our carpets. They cleaned for us last year as well.

Not bad. I didn't expect miracles. But I was confused when the worker told me that he could get the stains out if we had them back. He said they would apply heat to lift the stains. Why didn't that happen on this visit, then?

From the first call Paula always answered my calls. She was very friendly and professional. I was thrilled to learn they do high-rises and don't charge hidden fee's for high-rises. The appointment was scheduled and they arrived a few days later. They were quick and very thorough. We had an old stain that we thought was a lost cause but they were able to get it out! We were thrilled!! The carpet was so clean and fluffy after they left it was like brand new! The prices were so reasonable that we look forward to seeing Paula and Eric every year for the rest of our lives!

NatureWise Chem-Dry came to clean our carpets that hadn't been cleaned for about three years. I very much like that they use non-toxic cleaning solution and very little water. We had several stains, mainly because of pet accidents, and they all came out. Very professional, very courteous, great experience overall. Definitely would recommend.

I've used this company several times and have referred others to them. Paula and Eric are wonderful to work with. They are down to earth, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The two staircases look great and the rest of the cleaned areas smell fresh and clean. They worked in the later afternoon and everything was nearly dry afterwards and was totally dry by morning.

The areas that I had them pretreat that had cat pee worked well. The rest was just meh. Didn't really look, smell or feel any cleaner. The staff was friendly and great.

When I phoned to get a quote and arrange service, Paula was very prompt in returning my call. She gave me an estimate based on the dimensions I provided. The actual cost of the cleaning was identical to the quote. They were prompt, efficient, and very pleasant to work with. Both my husband and I felt that their work was far superior to any other cleaners I have used in the past. It's very evident they take great pride in their work. Several days later, I noticed some spots on one of the rugs. I had spilled on the rug several days before they came and thought I had done a good job of cleaning it up. Evidently, I had not. I called Paula and asked if they would come back to take care of these spots. She couldn't have been more cooperative and very willing to take care of it. They not only did a great job of getting the spots out, they generously did not charge me for the return visit. In addition, they left a bottle of cleaning solution for use on woodl rugs. I have used many different carpet cleaners over the years. NatureWise Chem Dry is by far the best. I will definitely use them for all my cleaning needs in the future. They are professional, friendly, and very good at their job.

Paula and Eric hit it out of the ball park again! They are simply the best!! They headed downtown to clean my brother's condo's carpets. They look like new and even the spilled wax was gotten out. I cannot say enough good things about them. They are always so nice, on time and do a fantastic job! I am constantly recommending them to friends. I have them come to my house about once every 6 months to keep my carpets clean as I have a couple of dogs. The carpets dry quickly, they pay special attention to stains or doggie accidents, and are just so darn nice! I highly recommend them!!

Wonderful customer service, excellent attention to detail, clean carpet! I met Paula (owner) at my mothers condo for a walk through evaluation in advance. She gave an opinion on cleaning wall-to-wall carpet in her master bedroom. There were several pet stains there that Paula also gave an opinion on in advance. She then was kind enough to disuade my mom from cleaning the second bedroom--did not really need it as the carpet was in fabulous shape already. (WOW-who gently turns down business these days? Someone with a fabulous work ethic, that's who!) Paula arranged to return on a given day w/ her husband/co owner to clean the carpet as planned. Since my mom lives alone, we were not able to move any furniture --and Mom could not move it back when they were done. For a very reasonable fee, IMO, Paula agreed in advance to return the next day to remove the blocks, move the furniture for mom, and inspect the work. They even did a bit of extra moving on the day of the work that was unexpected, at my request. No questions asked, they were 'right on it'. All of the spots came out. Paula found a few had "wicked up' the next day and re treated them right away. She called me to tell me that pet stains may do this, and if we see anymore issues of faint returning of stains via wicking, to call them back immediately. What a fabulous company. I wish everyone had this concept of customer service.

It went better than we'd hoped. We will use this company again in the future and will be happy to spread the word.

They arrived on time and were very professional. Cleaning did not take long. There were a few stains I thought would come up better, but overall very please for the price.

I just moved into a new place and I wanted the carpets cleaned. I think that the company rep was responsive to my questions. She did point out that pet urine treatment was extra since I knew the previous owner had dogs. The service tech showed up on time and did not find any pet urine. My dad also inquired about cleaning the basement carpets but the service tech did not recommend it due to the condition of the carpet. Even though I got them through an angie's list deal, I felt like they were professional. I did not shop around however, so I'd be unable to comment on the price.

Wow! The father and son team was early for the appointment. The area that was cleaned had been marked by cats so we needed the pet urine treatment as well as the standard cleaning. They moved furniture (not breakables) and were extremely careful when doing so. The cleaned the carpets beautifully--getting out nearly all the stains. There were a few spots where the stains are quite old and although they were unable to get the stain completely out, it is 150 times better than it was. The pet odor is gone! The carpet was only slightly damp when they left and not at all as wet as other companies we have used in the past.

From start to finish this experience was excellent in all aspects. Paula and Eric are both highly customer service oriented professionals who really know the details and chemistry of what is necessary to clean and remove most any type of carpet stain. We had a variety of pet urine spots, rust spots, and spots that were created from food or drink spills. Paula and Eric were able to clean each spot with an excellent result. They even did a follow up visit to re-treat a few of the spots that came back after about a week. Overall we are very happy with them and will refer them to friends or call them back when we need any future carpet or upholstery cleaning done.
