Very professional. Got out stubborn stain on wool carpet. It looked great!

Paula was very fast to respond to questions and scheduling was very easy. Overall, the carpet and couch cleaning went pretty well. However, the carpets did take almost 24 hours to dry. We had several fans going, along with the central air and it still took much longer than expected (the technician indicated it would take 2-4 hours). Again, the carpets did look good in the end, but we do wish they would have dried quicker.

Fantastic experience! The owners showed up and were the ones that did the cleaning. They were extremely knowledgeable and passionate about their business. I will definitely be using them again!

Paula was great to work with. She was responsive to my emails and I was able to schedule around my schedule on short notice. I have had multiple carpet cleaners come to my home (we have multiple pets) and NatureWise Chem-Dry has been my favorite. I will certainly use them in the future.

They did a very efficient and caring job. They got everything out, except 1 tough spot, which has been there forever. The floor dries so much faster which prevents the residue that usually shows up with other cleaning companies. Very happy and satisfied and will use again!!!!

They were awesome. Took the black light around so he could see where there were pet stains. Sprayed those and then did a beautiful job cleaning the carpet. The carpet looks great and the carpet smells clean. They did a great job.

PROS 1) Answered questions thoroughly beforehand 2) Tried to help me economize/ prioritize 3) Did a great job 4) Were very friendly and fun to talk to CONS 1) Website doesn't work quite as well as you think it ought to (because it's so much better than many others) 2) Price is a bit higher than others, but it's nontoxic 2) Some stains seem to show up more since the cleaning--I think I didn't notice them as much when carpet was dirtier. In fairness, they offered to try another method on any stains that return but I haven't followed up yet.

Eric showed up right on time and worked hard at resolving our issue. He was polite and able to reassure our anxious male cat in a way that made him comfortable. This is not something my husband and I often see. Though the machinery was loud, it was far from deafening. From start to finish, the entire job took approximately 1-hour. He informed me that while the microfiber recliner was fairly easy to clean, the upholstered chair was a bit more of a challenge. However, he did an excellent job resolving the stronger odor in that particular chair as well as the recliner. As a last minute add on, I brought up my daughter's Disney princess accent chair from our basement. It was in need of a good cleaning and we were hoping to use it for her upcoming birthday party. I was fully expecting to pay accordingly for that added service, but he did not charge us extra. I told my daughter it was an early birthday present. :) Overall, I felt very comfortable with the investment and will definitely hire this team again for future cleaning needs. They are awesome!!! All I can say is it was a awesome job, looks brand new and dried very quick.

Paula at NatureWise was extremely responsive and worked around my schedule. She was able to clean and treat two vintage chairs. Even though the job was small, Paula ensured we received the whole value of the minimum purchase and didn't just clean the chair like we had asked, but also treated them for future use. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Will use in the future for any upholstery and cleaning needs.

Great. They called to set up a date. Called prior to just getting to my house. Walked through and identified the cat urine spots. Even confirmed be putting their nose to the floor. Removed all the urine spots and cleaned the carpets. Moved furniture as necessary.

They were so great! Even when there was a miscommunication about my address (my fault!), they still arrived promptly and were not in the least bit phased by having initially driven out of their way. They were perfectly enjoyable to work with and my carpet looks wonderful.

I accidentally purchased a Big Deal from a provider at my old home in Minnesota and not at my new home in California. I didn't realize this error until the company reached out to me and said that they had my California address. Obviously, they cannot perform the service in California so I have reached out to Angie's List to refund the purchase.

Contact was made through an email to set up a time. On the day of service, they called when they left their shop and arrived at the set time. Because I have a doggie, they checked the whole carpet area with a black light for unseen urine spots and found several that I had no idea were there. They pointed them out to me. I requested they treat these areas for about $30. I have used other carpet cleaners before, but this company is far superior to any I have used in the past. I have been telling all my friends and relatives how happy I am with this company. I will definitely be using them from now on!

It was quick and easy! I filled out a request on their website to come out to clean the rugs, and later that day Paula called me and said they could come the next day. They arrived at the time we agreed and within an hour they cleaned 4 area rugs and cleaned up and left. The rugs look and smell great! Paula and her husband were very friendly and helpful! Thanks!

NatureWise was great to work with. We called for a quote and talked directly with one of the owners. Paula gave a thorough explanation about how their service differs from chemical based carpet cleaners and went over the various steps they would undertake when onsite. We ended up scheduling a weekend appointment, which was extremely convenient for us. Paula and Eric arrived promptly at the stated time and were great to work with. They are very personable and professional. They again walked us thru the cleaning steps, asked if we had any questions, and started the work. They took careful steps to move the furniture and always put protectors down on furniture legs to protect both the carpet and furniture. The carpet turned out great, and I?d use them again for our cleaning needs.

They were very professional and were able to get the stain/odor out of our couch. Would highly recommend!

Talk about responsive!! I called back to make an appointment for a re-treatment of an area my dog had been peeing in as she had a UTI. They did a great job the first time and were equally fantastic when they returned. I am happy to report that all of my carpets are fresh and odor free, thanks to their help. I will use them any time I need the carpets cleaned. THANK YOU!

We were moving and forgot about the carpet cleaning. Called them last minute and they came on a Sunday and did a great job. They were also very pleasant to work with. We will use them again in a minute!!

It went great and just called them again for this year cleaning. I have a cat, which has gotten sick on my carpet before, but when they were done all stains were gone. They also got up some grease stains left behind by a coupe of work men. They were on time were professional and made me feel comfortable with them in my home.

Wow. Love the results and will definitely have them come back. Very impressed! Bonus...they were friendly and nice.

Paula was absolutely wonderful to work with. We had a rental property where the tenants decided to keep 5 dogs that ruined new carpet with the odor. We were trying to sell the home but were unsuccessful due the odor, and thought we would have to replace the carpet which was only a year old. Paul came out though, and was able to remove the smell completely, and we close on the house next week. Thank you so much for getting this done for a fraction of the cost of replacing the carpet. We will use Paula any time we need carpet cleaning services in the future.

This is the third time their services have been used in my home because they are so conscientious, do excellent work, always show up on time, respond immediately to my calls and they work with the utmost of integrity. This time they cleaned two upholstered queen anne chairs, another upholstered chair, an ottoman and 4 wool area rugs. I had two other chairs that had a blood stains on them from my cat and the stains wouldn't come out so they never charged me for the extensive work they performed on those chairs. They also cleaned part of my sofa as they were going out the door. They are so conscientious that they took two of the rugs to their shop to remove pet urine because they knew they needed extra attention to permanently remove the odor. These people are a testament that exemplary customer service makes all the difference in the world! They are extremely conscientious and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!!! They keep cleaning to above any high standards I could imagine. I will continue to use them and recommend them to my friends and family.
