Description of Work: They cleaned the carpet in the master bedroom, hall, stairs, and family room. I received a discount (much appreciated!) because they were having a sale, which I heard about when I had them come in December 2015 to clean a nasty water stain on my couch from a ceiling leak. They are super!

Description of Work: They came in to clean our carpets, which hadn't been done in several years. There were a couple of particularly bad spots that they were able to clean up well. The carpets dried quickly which was really nice. All in all, my husband was very impressed and thought that the young man who did the work was very professional and skilled at his job. We'll definitely have them come back when our carpets need cleaning again.

Description of Work: I used an Angie's List offer. Cleaned 3 rooms and a flight of stairs. They did a good job, showed up on time, and were pleasant people. Although it is called chem-dry, they do not use a dry chemical process. The carpet dried in a few hours. The furniture was placed on blocks to protect it from the moisture until it dried. The carpet was nice and soft after drying.

Description of Work: They (Dan) arrived on time and got right to work. He was pleasant & professional. He cleaned a sofa and 2 chairs; they came out fabulous and no longer smell like a Beagle. The price was on target for what I was quoted. I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They cleaned about 800 square feet of carpet in our basement, plus two large area rugs. | |We have had Naturewise ChemDry out to clean carpets and rugs in our home twice in the last three years. They are a small, family-run business and the owners/operators are just lovely people -- when I called to schedule our most recent service, one of the owners remembered my house, our dog, etc. -- even though it had been two years. Try that with a big company! | |The cleaning process is fast, there are no strong odors, and the carpets dried quickly (very slightly damp later that night and completely dry the next day). We have a young child at home and the fact that their cleaning solution is natural and non-toxic matters a lot. And the results are great -- the carpets look clean and refreshed and smell great.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpet in basement, stairs and upstairs bedroom. There were significant dog urine issues that were taken care of. Arrived on time and completed the job in just over an hour. I have used them before and will again.

Description of Work: Our carpet looks like new. It is a very light (way too light) color in a high traffic area and add a new puppy and the stains are gone. They did 5 rooms including stairs for that price with deep stain removal and a stain resistant coating. The service men were prompt and very courteous.
