NatureWise Chem-Dry

Nature Wise did a great job. They were very professional, very friendly, and respectful of our house when they came inside. They worked hard to remove multiple stains that our 12 year old son had worked so hard to create, and the carpets really looked good when they were finished. Along with that, they gave us a bottle of spot cleaner for free. Their service, end product, and prices were excellent and we would recommend this company to other customers.

From my very first contact with them on the phone, I had a good feeling about this company and was not disappointed. The owner, Paula, took the time to answer all of my questions, and she provided an accurate and reasonable estimate. I'd called on somewhat short notice, and she was very accommodating in meeting our scheduling needs. Furthermore, we had a special request due to a stipulation in our lease about having the carpet treated for fleas and ticks as a preventative measure, and Paula went "above and beyond" to research our options and provide the best solution for our needs. On the day of the actual carpet cleaning service, Paula and her colleague arrived right on time and worked very hard to make the carpets look their best. There were large stains in the downstairs bedroom that had occurred prior to our tenancy, and they were able to make them almost disappear (no small feat, and at no extra charge!). Prior to contacting NatureWise Chem-Dry, I'd scoured the reviews for various carpet cleaning companies on Angie's List and contacted a handful of them for estimates. While I'm sure there are other choices that are quite good, I was more than pleased that we selected this one. Paula and her team are pleasant, professional, conscientious, and thorough. It was obvious to me that they take pride in their work and care a lot about their customers. We've since moved into our new-construction home and don't yet need to have the carpets cleaned. But when it comes time to do that, I'd call Paula again in a heartbeat!

My experience with Nature Wise was fabulous from start to finish! I needed to get my carpets cleaned asap so I could get my house back on the market after the closing fell through with a potential buyer. I called on a Thursday and when I explained how anxious I was to get the carpets cleaned so I could stage my house before I went out of town, Paula was gracious enough to add on an appointment at the end of that very day. My carpets looked so much better after the cleaning but what really sets Nature Wise apart is their service. I felt like Paula and Eric really cared about their customers which is something that is missing from many other service providers. They were kind, prompt, and courteous. Furthermore, their prices are very reasonable. I never take the time to write a review but my experience was so good with Nature Wise that I want everyone to know how great they are!

If there were a higher grade than A, I would certainly give it to this company. From the very first contact Paula was responsive and personable. I asked that we conduct business through email instead of by phone and she was happy to comply. Many businesses will not do so.Paula came and gave me an estimate that was very reasonable for carpets that had not been cleaned in five years. She left a detailed summary of what would be done and set a day. Unfortunately, as that day drew closer our lives got a little too busy, so I asked Paula if we could find another day that would work. She was so helpful and set up another time with no problem.Today she and Eric came to clean in what was a very warm house! They carefully moved equipment in and set to work. Paula was bound and determined to get all the stains out, and worked hard to do so. Even stains I was resigned to being part of the pattern of the carpet forever disappeared! A couple places in the hall carpet were victims of bleaching, and Paula carefully dyed them to match the existing color. I can't even tell where they were now. Paula and Eric also moved some of the larger pieces of furniture to clean the carpets under them.All of this, with no extra charges! I am beyond pleased and will call this company to come back in a year. The whole house feels so much cleaner now. If I could only find someone to help put back all the small bits and bobs now. :)Thank you, Paula and Eric!

These guys were fantastic! This is the only number I need -- I won't ever be calling anyone else to clean my carpet. I called on Wednesday and Paula was able to get me in on Friday! As I said above the carpet wasn't very dirty BUT it did have some stains on the stairs and I needed to get that soap out. Paula and her husband worked quickly, quietly and efficiently. The soap was removed (I'd previously had the carpet pulled up and dried, the pad replaced, and the carpet re-stretched following the washer episode). These guys succeeded in getting some spots out (on the stairs) that I had thought would be there forever and they gave me a bottle of spot cleaner to boot! I can't say enough about how happy I was with their service.

Paula and Eric arrived at our home exactly when they said they would. Due to my husband's chemo treatments we needed to go to the clinic towards the end of their work period. She assured me they would take care of finishing up and would close up the house on their departure.What a delight when we got home!! The carpets were beautiful!. We honestly didn't believe they would turn out so well. Their product ieaves the house with no chemical odor, the floors were almost completely dry ( except where pet stains were specially treated, which Paula had explained to me)The house was closed, the air smelled sweet and everything was put back in place. They were very professional, very polite, and very good. Not to mention the deal I got from finding them on angie'slist! We will probably use them yearly/bi-yearly for our carpet cleaning needs from now on.

We were completely satisfied with the service. They called promptly, set up an appointment, and arrived punctually. The cleaning was carefully and thorougly done, including moving all furniture, placing items on blocks while the carpet dried. I recommend Nature-Wise Chem Dry without reservation.

It was a great experience, from the original phone call to schedule an appointment to the completion of the cleaning process. Paula and her husband were right on time and the work they did was excellent. The carpet looks like new and I will call them again next year.

Paula and an assistant - in-training were in and out in about two hours. Very prompt. Very efficient and organized. Extremely pleasant to work with. After the carpet dried (doesn't take long with the Chem-Dry process) I felt one heavily-soiled area needed some extra work. Paula came back the next day and happily gave it extra attention. Then she called a day or two later to make sure I was happy with the results. She is not satisfied until the customer is satisfied. The process is odor-free and, as previously mentioned, dries quickly. Nature-wise is a great company to work with.

They did an very nice job of getting our carpets clean.

My only issue with Zerorex is that I really liked Chem Dry and I loved the lady who came out. It's a nice family owned business her and her husband and she was out here the next day. She was fabulous and they did an amazing job on the carpets. I would use Zerorex if Chem Dry wasn't available but I would probably go back to the lady that I had.

Paula's response to my last minute request was terrific. I called on a Thursday. She and her husband, Erik, came on a Monday. She fit me in because she wanted me to have clean carpets before I entertained the following weekend! They both are very personable and are perfectionists in their work. When Paula explained the process to me on the phone I felt totally comfortable with their methods and "green" solutions. I was not disappointed. The experience was excellent, and I would not hesitate in calling them back.

Paula reduced the red wine stain to the nearly indiscernible level during the first cleaning but was not satisfied with "good enough" and came back a second time at no extra charge to go at it again. On the second go round she succeeded in getting rid of it completely. Very pleasant person. I would use her again and recommend her without reservation

From the initial call I made for service, my experience with NatureWise Chem-Dry was great. On the phone, I talked with Paula about the details of their service and was impressed by her knowledge and professionalism. The work was scheduled in a timely manner and the gals were right on time. I was asked to show the areas I was especially concerned about and then given an explanation about the cleaning process. They spent a longer time than any other carpet cleaners I've used before, and the results were the best I've had. As promised, due to the process they use, after they were done, the carpet was less wet than with other applications. I was given containers of 2 types of ChemDry cleaners (one for regular spots and one for grease based spots) and told that if during the year either one would fail to clean any spot I might have, they would come out and take care of the stain for free. Also, I was asked to call back if I notice any areas from today's cleaning that I would like them to come back and go over. I am very impressed.

I'm redoing a finished basement on a tight budget. Patching. re-stretching and cleaning the existing carpet instead of installing new flooring was a huge cost saving for me. and NatureWise removed all the stains. The carpet, which is about 20 years old, looks like new again. I bought the recliners at garage sales and all they needed was cleaning to make them look unused. I was so pleased, I called NatureWise back to shampoo a bedroom carpet, and I will be having them do the upstairs carpeting and upholstered furniture in a few months.

They were professional and responsive to all of my requests. We knew that the solution used was safe and less abrasive to carpet and fabrics then steam cleaning. We were surprised to find that or carpet was a bit crunchy and stiff for days after the cleaning. It took about a week and a few vacuums to bring back the softness. i would have appreciated knowing that was going to happen. All is fine now and very clean. I would recommend that they use booties on there shoes in homes with wood floors. The chemicals left marks on my wood floors that wiped up easily, but was surprised by the leftovers after they were gone.

It was just as smooth as Saturday's appointment and we were impressed that she would schedule the appointment so we would not have to take any time from work to be home like the other carpet cleaning companies want you to do.

They were timely, professional and did an excellent job. We have dogs so they were particularly attentive to spots/traffic areas. I was pleased with their service.

They used green products. They did an excellent job. I could see quite a difference from the time they started to the time they were done. They get the job done and they charge reasonably.
