Description of Work: They cleaned carpet and treated it for urine from a puppy. They used a blacklight to find the spots and treated it with this process that gets down to the pad and after it destroys the odor. The carpet looks great and no odor!!!. The Best is no chemicals that stink and won't harm kids or puppies. Will use them again. The service was very professional and on time, excellent experience.

Description of Work: Nature Wise Chem Dry is the best!!! They got out ALL of the cat pee smell in the basement!!!! ALL! I was in a short term rental (w new carpet in the basement) and my cat got very ill w a urinary condition. I had been cleaning w an enzyme cleaner throughout yet the smell persisted. When Chem Dry came to estimate the job Paula and Eric were right down on the floor on hands and knees smelling the carpet w me to assess trouble spots. They are the real deal! Even when one area persisted after the treatment they promptly sent out someone out to spot treat. No fuss, no bother, just good service.
