The owner (Mark, I think) was prompt, courteous and thorough, checking his work after believing it was finished. During the course of the job, he detected prior work that was done incorrectly by another company, alerted me to it and corrected it. We'll be looking to him for any furture electrical work we need done.

Prompt response to voice mail messages, work carried-out promptly and flexible to last minute requests, work looks good and was well done.

Apparently the original wiring with the house was aluminum and unable to carry the current that was expected. Replaced the circuit with copper wire and it has worked well. We especially appreciated the prompt response to our call. It was very hot that day and we knew that there were lots of folks in need of assistance.

Since I never heard from Marko Electrical after two attempts, I went with Park Grove Electric who did answer the phone and set up an appointment right away for an electrician to come out and give me an estimate.

There was a break in the wire to my existing yard light (the wire was not in conduit) and it was easier to replace the line than try to track down the break. Mark was great. He stopped by and gave me an estimate the same day that I called, and he was willing to work around my new driveway installation. This way the wire would only run through the lawn a few feet and then under the driveway for about 20 feet and into the garage. Mark came after the old driveway was removed, buried the conduit and installed the power line, post lamp, GFI receptacle, and switch. He had to run a hot wire from an existing outlet in the garage and ran it through the attic space to keep it neat (garage ceiling is sheet rocked). I am very happy with the results. Mark was wonderful to work with, the lawn looks undisturbed and he even swept up in the garage when he finished. When my rescue dog met him, she offered him her belly for scratches, that's only happened twice since I've had her, high praise all around.

We had bought a new flat screen TV that had a three prong plug and wanted to hook it up in time for the Super Bowl. We did not want to do it ourselves because we had previously discovered that several of our outlet boxes actually had two different circuits and we did not want to mess with it. We called on the Monday before the Super Bowl and Mark was able to come on Thursday to do the work. We also wanted the outlets changed from switch control to constant power. He arrived on time, with everything he needed and finished the work for the $90.00 fee he had estimated. He was very willing to share what he was doing to complete the work. He also looked at some other projects and was willing to discuss everything that needed to be done for possible future work. We have made an appointment for him to come back for the other projects.

We called at 8:00 am and Mark said he could be there by 9:00 am - showed up on time and performed his responsibilities in a professional manner. Great to work with, knowledgeable, polite and respectful.

Very punctual, bill was within the estimate, with a couple of add ons because I changed my mind on a few things half way through the project. Very clean and neat. I will hire this company again.
