Great service, high quality and a job well done. This is not the cheapest service in town, but if you have quality furniture that you want done right and with quality work and materials, the cheapest probably won't cut it. Very good design advice in selection of fabrics too.

I bought a chair & ottoman at a thrift store for $25. It had good bones - hardwood frame, hand-tied springs, great style - but was in rough shape, with one loose arm and foam inside so old that it was disintegrating. I contacted several companies including Lee Upholstering, and all gave me estimates in the same ballpark. Lee was very quick to respond to my inquiry, and gave me the fastest turnaround time of any of the companies, so I hired them. When Chris came out to pick up the chair, he was excited to see it, since he knew it was a solid piece of furniture. He brought fabric samples with him, gave me good suggestions on which ones would be durable and pet-friendly, and waited patiently while I chose one. He took the chair with him that day, and 2 weeks later it was delivered to me completely transformed. It's absolutely beautiful, and seems like very high-quality work.

Very quick service, when they promise it, it comes. It was the best experience I've ever had with an upholsterer.

It went really well. They were very helpful on the phone. They picked up and delivered the couch ($40 delivery fee). The couch looks new.

I had already purchased fabric so a representative of the shop picked up my furniture at 11:30 a.m. on Monday and it was returned three days later. The quality of the work was excellent and the speed was beyond my wildest dream! They were very nice to work with and I would highly recommend them to others.

I was very very pleased. Initially they came out very promptly. He was excellent with me. He explained what they could do and couldn't do. He had samples with him, so I could choose right away. They came following week right on schedule to pick up the pieces. They had them done in only a week and they did a beautiful job. They were wonderful.

Lee's Upholstering co. came to my house to replace my cushions. I told them that I needed my new cushions to be very stiff, due to some back problems. He told me they could do that and he took my cushions away. When the delivery man came I asked him to remove the board that was under the cushions for extra support because the cushions would be firm enough. The cushions were very nice at first but after about a week the cushions started collapsing. They told me they had a year warranty on their cushions but they told me they would give me 2 years. When I tried to call them, they didn't answer my calls. I had a seamstress come over to change the pattern on the cushions and when she took a look at them, she told me they were made of very inferior material that could be purchased anywhere for 10 dollars a cushion while I paid 225 total for the job. Once I learned this I tried to call the company a few more times to confront them and they still haven't answered my calls. I would never recommend this company to anybody. I feel like I got taken advantage of by this company. I made about 15-20 calls to this company and only 2 or them were answered.

Very well. Though we had to wait a few days to get someone to the house, they arrived prepared with upholstery samples and ready to give an estimate. Upon getting the go-ahead there, they took the chair right then and there. They returned the chair as promised, and it looks great! Very nicely finished.

He does great work. We were really impressed with how quickly he got the job done; only a weeks time.

He drove out here and answered my questions and made some helpful recommendations. He came up with a selection that really matched well. The price was reasonable for the work. He was very prompt, professional, and takes pride in his work.

Chris and his crew made this whole process incredibly easy and pleasant for us. Chris came to our house the day after we first spoke to take a look at the furniture and give us a quote. He provided some excellent suggestions to changes to the plan we had made, like upholstering our kitchen bench vs. going with loose cushions. The crew came to pick up the furniture the next day and then held the pieces for several weeks while we finished a remodeling project, in spite of the fact the furniture was completed within about a week. The quality of the work is excellent and the price seemed fair. I would highly recommend Lee Upholstering and would certainly use them again myself.

They were great-prompt, did a fabulous job, and even came to our home to get the chairs which was really nice. Very professional!

This was unbelievably hassle free. Chris came to my house listened to what I wanted. Explained what they would do and why as far as the reupholstering. He helped me select fabric that would work for me given the fact that we have dogs and cats. He arranged for a pick up at my old address and delivery to my new house. He had the pieces done in five working days as promised. When I got my couch and chair the workmanship was awesome. The fabric and details where better than I expected. They are just beautiful, better then new. I just love the work they did. Other places I checked were more expensive and took way longer to do the work. This company is great!

Chris Lee arrived promptly at our home to give us an estimate. All appointments(chair pickup and drop off) were on time. The chairs look fantastic and the workmanship is first rate.

Job 1: Outstanding experience. The day I called, Chris Lee happened to be near my area/stopped by within an hr. He brought samples; I found 2 patterns for each set of chairs that I liked. He wrote an estimate & told me the work could start the following Mon & be done within 4-5 days. Good ideas on fabrics .We had a previous est. that was twice the amt Chris quoted. Chris came to pick up the chairs at the appt time & the work was complete on time. When our schedule changed, Chris was flexible & figured out another delivery time to return the chairs to us. All in all a great experience; they were professional, prompt, & courteous & the work & price were excellent. Another craftsman in our home for other work was very impressed with the heirloom chairs. Job 2: Great. Chris recommended a good fabric & was sure that it could be finished within a wk. He picked up the chair, his crew recovered it & returned it before the completion date. They said they liked working with good furniture!

Lee Upholstering did a fantastic job. We went to their shop and selected a fabric and within that week their workers came and picked up our couch. It was completed in less than a week and they delivered it as carefully as they picked it up. If you know what you want and are not looking for a designer to help you, this is a great place to go, their prices are incredible. We saved about $1700.00 based upon quotes from other companies where a designer was involved.

I LIKE THE FACT THAT THEY CAME TO THE HOUSE AND TOLD ME HOW MUCH FABRIC I WOULD NEED. THEY GAVE ME ADVICE ON HOW TO REUPHOLSTER AS FAR AS STYLE. THEY PICKED UP THE CHAIRS, TOOK THEM TO THE SHOP, AND WERE DONE WITHIN A WEEK.

GOOD. THEY HAD A LARGER VARIETY OF DIFFERENT FABRICS TO CHOOSE FROM. THEY WERE PLEASANT AND HELPFUL ANSWERING OUR QUESTIONS AND ASSISTING US IN PICKING OUT FABRIC. THEY DELIVERED ON TIME AND WITHIN THE BUDGET THEY BID. WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK.

THEY HAVE SOME OF THE LOWEST PRICES, BUT DO AN 'OLD-FASHIONED' JOB - REAL ATTENTION TO DETAIL & CONCERN ABOUT QUALITY OF THEIR WORK. AND THEY PICK UP AND DELIVER FREE.
