Chris and his crew were great! The chair looks better than it ever has! Excellent communication, and I never felt that I was asking dumb questions. The work was done in a timely manner.. I can't say enough good things!

Chris told me that he could resize the lining of the cushions and resew. He did so and they came out beautifully. He charged me $300. Recovering would have been more expensive. These look great.

Chris's response time is immediate and his cost was exactly what he quoted. I brought him a chair that others had been telling me to throw out? It was a family piece and I didn't have the heart to get rid of it? Chris saw the same potential I did and turned it into a beautiful new chair. I already know where I am bringing future pieces to. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this group to others.

The project went very well. The chair looks great, just as we had imagined it to look. From the initial quote, to answering any questions we had, Chris was prompt in getting back to us. He provided us information on how to order our fabric, we were not required to order through them nor were we charged extra for not ordering through them. Once they had our chair and fabric, the turn around was exactly as he had quoted, approx. 10 working days.

Chris was absolutely wonderful today! He was kind, professional and provided a quality repair. My son and I stopped by the shop today after speaking with him over the phone in regards to fixing two missing buttons on my tufted leather ottoman. He offered to repair it free of charge that same day as it was a quick job! We will definitely be bringing more work to Lee's Upholstery shop in the future and passing his name around to family and friends. Thank you Chris!

Fantastic, they were very professional, helpful and performed beautiful work in a very timely fashion. They had great suggestions and ease of operation. we were able to email them a photo of the chair and they could price it out with just the photo. They are very responsive and Chris the owner was great to deal with. I visited his store your price is not going towards overhead. He does a lot of the commercial work in town and has a lot of contracts. He's fantastic and top of that he's Midwest nice. There's no attitude, he's just nice. He's very down to earth and he's very honest.

I contacted an upholstery company, that I have used in the past. After finding out they wanted to charge me a $20.00 per yard cutting fee, for providing my own fabric, I decided to look elsewhere. Doesn't make sense to me that someone wants to make a profit on my fabric??? I joined Angie's List and found Lee's Custom Upholstery. I contacted them because of their great reviews. I called on a Friday morning and was told they could start on my chairs right away. There was a job scheduled, but since the fabric had not arrived, they could work on my project instead. They picked up my chairs on a Friday and delivered them the following Friday. The quote includes pick up and delivery! I requested some changes be made to the chairs, shorter skirt and bigger loose cushions....did that too. The chairs are absolutely beautiful. Quality work. Great company to work with and I highly recommend them.

I received very friendly and responsive service when I visited the shop to see what they would suggest doing to re-upholster the seats. A number of fabric selections were brought out as well as a catalog of samples. After arriving at a fabric choice, I was promised a call when the work was done and an estimate that it should only be a week or so. It was no more than a week when the work was completed. The fit and finish of the work are quite good...the barstools look like new again.

The chair cushion was finished to perfection. It was just like new again. It was completed on time, professionally. I did think it was a little high price however the quality was so excellent I was ok with the cost. I definitely will take other pieces to Lee Upholstry and will definitely recommend him to anyone.

It was not a very good experience. They came and looked at the couch and I used their choice of fabric because I was busy and could not go and buy fabric. The workmanship was a little to be desired. The corners at the edge and arms were done differently. There were wrinkles. I had to have the cushions re-stuffed and even right now they need to be re-stuffed again. The couch was not changed yet. It was not well done and I know at the time they were incredibly busy. They delivered my couch quickly. I think they were doing a lot of work quickly.

I also had a cushion made. Chris was easy to work with. He was very accommodating. They made sure I was happy. Would use again.

These people are truly amazing. I got very personal and professional service. They had excellent fabrics to choose from, and provided advice that helped me choose the right option for different locations. For the kitchen sitting room couch, which gets an enormous amount of use from people and pets, they recommended a remanufactured leather which is quite lovely and so much easier to care for. They also added cushioning to make the couch a bit more comfortable. I purchased a sectional couch that didn't fit down my basement stairs. They allowed my contractor to bring it to their work room where they opened up the upholstery. It then came back to my basement family room, was cut down to fit, and was then reupholstered using the same fabric. This truly involved going above and beyond any service I had a right to expect. Finally, the two living room chairs needed quite different things. One needed a bit of restoration before it could be reupholstered, and the other did not. Both turned out looking splendid and sitting very, very well. My family and friends constantly comment on the work I've had done by this business.

this is a business you can trust. Chris came out, checked out the chairs and told us how we could fix the problem easily ourselves. He also gave advice about replacing a leg on an antique ottoman. Years ago, I had Lee's reupholster a different ottoman, and they did a wonderful job.

After a preliminary visit to discuss costs, time required, etc., I dropped off cushions and material. The order was ready in less than five working days-just as promised. Mentioning Angie's List was rewarded with a discount on the full bid.
