They were very prompt and left notice each day that they came out.

It took them three trips before they got it under control. The service person was excellent, but the person on the phone was not excellent and was rather rude. The service person was determined to get the ants under control and he did it. It took several calls for me to get to them. They gave me a 60 or 90-day guarantee. I would recommend others to look for a longer guarantee.

I found them on Angie’s list. They were responsive. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I had them probably in October 2010. When I contracted them for services they set up the trap for me. They were very efficient. They came when they were supposed to. The contractors come 3 times a year to check. They’ll come if I have any problems with the insects or anything. I like their efficiency as it’s seemed to work so far. Their price is okay as I really don’t have anything to go by. I would continue to use them in the future.

They were very prompt and did what I asked them to do. They responded within two hours of my call. The price included an inspection and setting up traps because I had something in my basement and I didn't know what it was. I didn't compare prices.

The service person was efficent and polite. Thanks the his inspection, I am not worried about my eaves, and I know what I will need to do in the Spring to prevent a chimney invasion next winter. The squirrels are gone, and I am pleased with the service. It comes with a warranty, should my 4 legged creatures return. I also like that it is a local company, and they responded to my call for help very quickly. I thought the price was reasonable, especially since the service person was climbing up ladders and snow covered roofs in winter. I would use Critter Control again. I would recommend this service to another homeowner.

When I called them they were out the next day. While they were here I signed up for their service. They are kind of strange how they work their prices. If you buy their service it is applied to whatever service they do at the time they come. They will come out 3 or 4 times a year. What I pay is split over the times they come to service my home. They were right on time. They had been doing sewer work in my area and that was probably the reason I was having issues. The rat is gone. They were the only place I called that told me to call the city to take care of the rat problems. The rest of the people I called did not make that suggestion. They were very friendly and helpful. I have not seen any more mice since - or the rat! I think the city took care of that! They were also very professional.

Did not return 1st phone message. I called a week later & Greg came out the next week. Took 15-20 mins. I called because of bat dropping outside of front door. Next day they were on the left side of door. After that no droppings - worked!

I was very surprised by how incredibly rude they were over the phone, being very short in explaining their services, putting me on hold, and quoting me two different prices over the phone for the same service. The first person quoted me $165 and they abruptly put me on hold. The second person got on and told me it was $190. Neither of them were receptive to any questions about what their service included.

It went very well. The technician was very efficient and it only took about 35 minutes to complete. I have not seen an ant since they sprayed and that is fantastic.

Could have charged me a lot for work not needed, but had the integrity to give honest advice instead.

They were very prompt -- arrived within a couple of hours of when I called. Came to remove trap the day the raccoon was trapped.

The workers at Laughlin's took care of my house. I used to have ants and rodents and now I don't. They were great overall. I think that their prices were average, but they did good work. I would use them again. I have never really seen what they do so I'm not too sure about how good they really are.

They were great. They were efficient and friendly. They told us that they would come back and spray for free if we saw the ants again. They came back and sprayed a couple of weeks later and it has been fine since then.

I contacted them to get an idea of what they would do. They said there was a minimum $75 charge which would apply to any work they would do. I asked if they check the roof, chimney, and the rest of the house. I also asked if they did Chimney repair and would replace a missing screen. They said yes. He also said that if they would be late they would call. Overall they were very helpful and friendly on the phone. They didn't show up at 1, so I called and they said he would be there in 25 minutes. I said I wished they had called if they were going to be late. When Greg came to do the inspection he was friendly. He climbed on the roof and inspected the vents, guttters. I asked him if he check inside the house and attic and he said it wouldn't be necessary. At the end of the inspection, he said he really didn''t think it was necessary to bid on the job because he didn't think there was a bat problem. He believes the one bat I saw (I also told him about a year ago I heard scratching in the bathroom wall, but never heard anything after that) came in thru the chimney and was probably a fluke. He did caulk two small gaps where the flashing meets the house and didn't charge me other than the 75.00. He couldn't put a screen on the chimney because he didn't have that kind. But he gave me the name of a chimney sweep who is on Angies List as well and who I have booked an appointment with. He also said that if I have more problems to call, but he doubted I would especially if I got the chimney fixed. Overall I was generally pleased but the inspection was not what I expected. I thought they would look thru the whole house and attic. Perhaps they might explain on the phone that it might not be necessary and explain why.

They came out and analyzed where the squirrels were coming in and how best to take care of the problem. They came out a couple of days in a row to make sure they got all of the squirrels and then sealed up the whole. In total they had 9 squirrels, so I'm very glad that they managed to get all of them. The men who came out were good quality workers and I would definitely use them in the future if need be.

I was happy with their work. They were very knowledgeable.

They defiantly met my expectations. They were prompt, gave me a couple of different options regarding work to be done and price points. They even gave me the flexibility of choosing exactly what I wanted done. The price was also good.

They got rid of all the moles. They were very efficient and were easy to get a hold of. They were quick to get rid of the problem and were very professional.

In the past, I used another exterminator and was satisfied with their work. However, they were not able to come out for about a week and I wanted someone to come out as soon as possible. I called Laughlin's Pest Control and they were able to work with me to find a time for someone to come out that day. The person who came to the house explained the process, which is pretty much spray the inside and outside of the house. I was disappointed, however, that the person could not answer any of my questions. I wanted to know: would I see alive spiders for one day or several days and would spraying the bird seed outside harm the birds. He really couldn't answer either one. Maybe I should have been more forceful in wanting answers, but when I used my previous exterminator, they seemed to be able to answer my questions. I give them an A because of price, responsiveness and punctuality. I think the quality of the job is probably an A, because I believe all of the spiders are dead now, but they weren't for a few days (which may be typical, but I don't know).

It was fine. They used live traps and peanut butter bait. The squirrels were caught. They had to be destroyed.

We thought we had a yellow jacket nest somewhere around our house, because we were seeing so many wasps, and twice in the bathroom we heard buzzing. On inspection, though, he couldn't find anything. However, he said that if we found a nest later we could call him to come back, and he'd credit the cost of the inspection towards removing it. (We never found a nest. They turned out to be coming from a neighbor's yard). We discussed some preventive spraying but I decided against it. FYI, for people who are seeing a lot of wasps but don't know where they're coming from, just keep watching. If the nest is on your property, you'll see them coming and going.

They responded to my call promptly, scheduled the work quickly and gave me an exact price on the phone. The exterminator explained what he was going to do and told me that if there were still signs of bees 24 hours later, I should call and they would come out again.

He was very knowledgeable, we ended up finding out we didn't have mice but instead a bat, we signed up for the quarterly service to cover 4 inspections per year. He was very professional and on time.

They were timely, knowledgeable and we signed a year's contract with them. They are quick to answer any questions that we have and the bug and rodent problem is no longer. We would recommend them to anyone.
