Description of Work: Inspected the outside of the house to figure out where mice were entering the residence---Closed up the openings--Put down bait outside and traps and bait in the basement

Description of Work: I had bees making a nest in my wall, entering through a hole in my brick facade. |I called them and made an appointment. They arrived as scheduled and efficiently took care of the problem. They were here about 10 minutes. The price was significantly higher than other that the last exterminator I used.

Description of Work: They responded to our call with in a day and set the traps to get rid of our squirrel problem. Came out each day to check traps and reset as needed. Repaired the roof where the squirrels where gaining access to house once the traps nolonger had squirrels in them. Great to work with very friendly - I would recomend and use them if needed again.

Description of Work: They are extremely responsive and courteous. They service all my properties and have never had a problem. They are a bit on the expensive side but I suppose they are worth it when they come right out when you have a wasps nest lingering wehre the kids play!

Description of Work: I called to request help with a rat problem at our rental property in St. Anthony Park, St. Paul, MN (a great area of town). They walked me through looking through the basement for possible entry points, and then, most critically, to call the City of St. Paul to have the sewers poisoned. I followed through, found a sink in the basement with a broken screen, fixed it and called the City to poison the sewers. It's now 30 days later, and no rat problem. I'll gladly use these guys again (hopefully not anytime soon).

Description of Work: WE HAD MOLES IN OUR YARD. THEY SAID THEY WOULD SET TRAPS FOR 2 WEEKS. HELPFUL OVER THE PHONE, BUT DIDN''T SEEM LIKE IT WAS ENOUGH TIME TO CATCH ALL THE MOLES, COMPARED WITH WHAT OTHER PEOPLE TOLD ME.

CRITTER CONTROL CHARGED ONE FEE FOR TRAPPING AND REMOVING, NO MATTER HOW OFTEN THEY HAD TO COME OUT TO REMOVE ANIMALS (15 IN OUR CASE)AND $25 FOR PATCHING EACH HOLE INSIDE THE ATTIC.
