Description of Work: We were having problems with our water heater & I was prepared to spent hundreds to buy a new one. Mr Lee came on time, same day I called. He spent 30 minutes here, and the water heater works fine._x000D_|_x000D_|I called people on Angie's list with more customers but they could not come same day. Mr. Lee DID come same day - and he charged me only $75 (I insisted on paying $100.) This guy is a gem.

Description of Work: KOK is a very pleasant man, and kind and honest. When I told him what I wanted to do, he said it would be against current plumbing codes, and drew me a picture to explain why. I suggested some other things he could do for me but he told me what I could do myself to solve the simple problems, and suggested that I ask Angie's List for a refund. He did not want me to spend money unnecessarily. I felt he was very honest, straightforward and kind. I can't vouch for his plumbing skills, but he was extremely nice.
