Completely great. Really does the best job.

He quoted a price, and he had to spend more time on but didn't charge extra. He was prompt, he explained what the plumbing problem was, and was able to fix it.

Unfortunately, when I was ready to finalize and get the work started/permit pulled, the backed out of the originally quoted price and told me to find a different plumber. Professionalism was definitely lacking at that time.

He fixed the faucet but I wanted a new utility sink and faucet installed in my basement. He didn't want to do the job because he said that he had a bad knee, which he failed to mention earlier. He also smelled of body odor. I also didn't like the fact that he didn't provide an itemized receipt of the charges.

He was willing to see us after hours. He was good at returning phone calls. He identified the problem very quickly. He was reasonable about addressing it, as well as his charge for it.

Kok was very responsive and came out on a Friday night. He diagnosed the problem in minutes and was able to solve our issues. Couldn't be happier and would highly recommend.

he did not charge us for this specific job, but we've used him multiple times, the other jobs we were charged a small amount, very responsive, contacts you right away. if i could i would give him an A++.

I have a leak in my ceiling through the dry wall. This is why I called him. I had pointed out some additional places we could check for the leaks, but he seemed rushed and just told me to call him when it started to leak again. Unfortunately, its such an intermittent leak ... but I'm sure it is causing damage to my floor in the bathroom. He was punctual, somewhat professional, but overall he seemed rushed and I don't think I'd hire him again. I didn't get my money's worth at all.

I purchased the deal of $150 for $200 worth of plumbing services. I needed to get the faucet replaced in my tub/shower. I paid upfront for this through Angie's List. When I called to set up the appointment, Mr. Lee said that I lived too far away (he's based in St. Paul and I live in Minnetonka/Hopkins area), and my job wasn't "big" enough for him to drive here and complete to make it worth his while. It did not say anything in the Deal that there was either a distance limit or a minimum amount of work required. He basically said that it wasn't his fault, it was Angie's List's fault, as they wrote up the Deal. I felt he was rude, and he wouldn't honor the deal I paid for in advance. I would did get reimbursed through Angie's List, but it took about a month for the credit to show on my credit card, and overall was a huge hassle with the provider. Overall, not a good experience with this provider, nor with the reimbursement process.

I have a contacted them constantly over a month with no reply.

It went great, the did a great job. They even came back the same night and tightened the drain that was leaking a little bit with no charge. There was another guy that helped him with the vanity. He did all the work within the same day.

Went very well. Kok is honest, fair, and courteous.

We purchased a $125 service call and one hour of work for $125. He showed up and said that he did not have the right parts so by the time he would go and get the parts and come back our $125 would be eaten up. He did not do the service and we did not call him bac.

He came at 9 AM as scheduled with no tools, so was not ready to do any work. After a very quick assessment he tells me he has to deliver some equipment to Bloomington (very close by) and will return in two hours. Hour and a half later emails me that it will take longer than expected (no time line mentioned). Apparently I was supposed to sit and wait until when or if he could come by from another job that he cared about. Don't do as I did and ignore the "F"s in his reviews, possibly you will be taken care of but if not he doesn't care. There are lots of excellent plumbers in the Twin Cities, he is not one of them

Kok was friendly and helpful. He offered great advice and great service. I found a new go-to plumber!

Kok Lee is Great! He is honest, hard working, and fairly priced. He's a unique individual and we just love him.

They did a great job. I called on a Monday, Kok called me back that evening, and came the next day to do all the work. They were friendly and efficient. My wife and I couldn't be happier. We'll definitely call Kok for all of our plumbing needs.

They did a great job ? the quality of their work was top notch, and they were friendly as well. I actually had a second broken pipe section that I wasn't aware of until they fixed the first one, and they repaired it without any additional cost. I highly recommend them.

I purchased an Angie's Deal for service visit/work for $125 and paid an additional $50 for the work. As noted above, Mr. Lee corrected a prior owners DIY plumbing project by removing an unnecessary external water filter and plumbing/piping that was not up to code. He corrected the leak, improved water pressure for water dispenser in our refrigerator and installed a shut off valve - all to code. He also checked out a toilet that was not flushing well and made recommendations regarding it. Mr. Lee was very professional and his work was excellent. I will certainly call him the next time I need plumbing work/repairs done.

Mr. Lee is a wonderful man to work with. I called to inquire about the order I had submitted to Angie's List on Wed., and Mr. Lee was happy to come by at 6:30 Thursday night. He needed to use some additional piping to complete the job, and he didn't charge us for that. Kok is a very nice man and a competent, professional plumber. We will happily hire him again in the future.
