Kok Lee is always such a professional. He is punctual, or will call if not able to meet time, and very helpful to the consumer with plumbing advice. We first used him to put an arrester on pipes that were banging. He did such a good job we decided to ask him back and were extremely pleased with his work on both occasions. He is honest, trustworthy and very meticulous in his work. We will definitely be asking him back on any plumbing projects we may have.

Kok is the best plumber in the Twin Cities as well as a really great human being. I am so happy that I have met Kok and gotten to work with him- I had a really bad situation after I just bought a new home here in MN and the city found that there was subpar plumbing on my house. Besides this hot water wasn't going to the bathroom. Originally I called Norblom to come out and do the work - I ended up with a bill for $800 for turning the water main on and then fixing a small piece in the bathroom that *might* fix the problem. Well, it didn't. Kok came out and immediately identified and corrected the problem for less than half the cost of Norblom and with greater care and expertise. While he was out here I had him give me a bid on the rest of the work in the house and he listened carefully and came up with a comprehensive plan to fix all the plumbing problems. I then got bids from 6 other top rated plumbers here on Angie's List, all of them were either too expensive or too careless; it was clear that Kok isn't just a reasonably priced plumber, he is a really good one as well. I used him for all the plumbing jobs I had, he came with his assistant Doug and they did great work; they were clean, quick and communicative throughout this whole process. It's so hard coming to a new city where you don't know anyone, and finding good people to work with when you have a problem with your plumbing is so difficult. I'm so glad to have found such a great person like Kok who has helped me solve this crazy problem when all the other plumbers in town would have made me go broke and done a bad job to boot; I couldn't recommend him higher.

I'll be recommending Mr. Lee to all of my family and friends! He took care of the problem and made sure we knew he was available if anything else came up.

Shower handle snapped off so we could not turn off. Called as an emergency request and Kok fit us into his schedule. Problem turned out to be bigger job as we keep finding out our remodel contractor hired subpar workers. Original plumber did not install shut off valves so Kok installed the needed valves and then was able to fix the handle. He was honest, professional, reasonably priced and friendly. Wish he had been the plumber when we remodeled.

Gave quote for piping and made installation and passed inspection

I was out of town when I received a call from a tenant stating there was a plumbing leak coming from the upstairs bathroom down to the laundry room. I immediately called a few plumbers I found on Angie's list to see if they could go out, most of the calls went to voicemail or did not have the time. KOK however was different, he was willing to work with the situation, willing to go out the next day, I just needed to confirm a time. I explained my situation about being out of town and he was great at stating how he would work with me regarding getting the issue fixed and how I could process payment. I called and left the tenant numerous voicemails to which was never returned, come to find out when I returned from my trip and stopping by to see what was going on at the rental, the tenants blew the and quot;leakand quot; out of proportion. It was spilled water that dripped downstairs. I never got to use KOK's services but will be calling him next time due to his professionalism and response time.

Kok Is a very experienced plumber and could identify the problem in a few mins. Kok even suggested a simple fix without any charge and showed me how I could do it myself if the problem arose in the future. He told me what parts to buy etc. I would definitely use Kok . Very honest and skilled.

Everything went great. He showed up when he said he would. He fixed the problem quickly. He gave me free advice. Kok Lee was referred to us by a friend, and we've never looked back. He's helped install a basement sink, fix an upstairs sink, install our oven gas-line, and fix our outdoor water spigot. He's always been quick, punctual, and well priced.

Our hot water heater was leaking water in the basement. Kok came over the same day I called him, and fixed it, and showed me how I could fix it myself in the future. He was professional, kind and quick.

We called Kok Lee at 10am on a Sunday, and he was at our house within the hour. He fixed the problem in under an hour, and had a very reasonable price for an emergency on a weekend. He was pleasant and efficient and we plan to use him any time we need a plumber in the future!

Kok is the industry ideal in customer service and professionalism. He is knowledgeable, honest, respectful, reliable and personable. Kok's prices beat the competitors and he installed our brand of preference (Rheem). The water heater is working perfectly. Kok is also punctual and flexible with schedules. He works quickly, yet he isn't careless or sloppy and the whole project went off without a hitch. I can't say enough wonderful things about Kok. This man is worth his weight in gold. We will be customers for life.

I told him last time he was here that it's weird when you look for a contractor and feel like you've made a friend. What to say? He saved me a bundle on the toilet install. He refused to even touch it. and ldquo;Ah, you're a handy guy, this is what you need to do. You don't need me for this. When you need a plumber, I'll tell you. But you can do this yourself.and rdquo; It caught me off-guard, but I followed his advice, spent $7 on parts, and fixed it myself. Needless to say, I hired him again, twice in 2011. We love him. I think another member wrote and ldquo;Kok's as honest as the day is long.and rdquo; I'll second that! On one job, we ran into an unforeseen challenge that made the job last about 3 hrs longer than expected (with BOTH of us working together until after 11pm) and he insisted on not taking any additional payment. Well good grief, Kok, it wasn't your fault the job went long. I stuffed an extra $100 in his pocket anyways the next time. What can you say? We've got our plumber for life.

He was wonderful. He came out for an emergency situation and took care of it quickly. He is an inspector as well and helped us resolve other issues.

Kok has a high degree of integrity and honesty which is very hard to find in this day and age. The jobs were performed to his usual high standards, and I am a VERY satisfied customer who will be calling on him again and again when the need arises.

The work has been done promptly, in a professional manner, at a very reasonable cost. Costs were estimated in advance of doing the work. The work has been done on time, within estimate, and high quality workmanship.

We spent about $1800 on that work and we thought that his price was good. He did quality work and did it on time.

Mr. Lee is knowledgeable and very informative to work with. He has a high level of integrity.

Kok Lee came to check out my concerns with my old water heater, and confirmed that it was corroded and beginning to leak. He gave me numerous options for a new water heater, with no pressure to make any particular choice. When I had questions about a particular heater, he called the supplier to check it out directly. We agreed on a time to change the units. He was punctual and had the older heater disconnected and ready to be removed when the new one was delivered. The new one was delivered an hour after he arrived, and the truck took my old one away. The cost was exactly what was given in the estimate.

It was excellent. His price was very fair. I called a couple places and they wanted money to just come out and do a service call. He was able to quote me a price. He did everything I asked him. He explained everything. He is master licensed, so you know he is doing excellent work.

We needed a certified installer. Not all plumbers are able to install a tankless water heater. The company purchased the product that we selected for us and they showed up when they were expected. They are very knowledgeable and reasonably priced for installation. I have already hired this company for another project at my home.

Very good prices! Very professional work. He put in a top of the line water heater Rehm (Cadillac of hot water heaters and most efficient on market). He put it in, parts and labor, for $1,100. Other highly rated companies gave estimates over $2,000! I actually tried to pay more and he said no because he had estimated me the $1,100. I actually felt bad for not forcing it on him at the end!
