Description of Work: The company responded quickly and was willing to come out today. In further email contact, they referred me to another company, Jonathan at American Sewer, because my plumbing problem was apparently out of their realm of service. The person I had contact with was very nice. I have now spent $125.00 on his services and I cannot use him, but put a call in to the other company and I am waiting to hear back from them. Kok Lee Plumbing suggested that I contact Angie's list for my refund, so hear I am. I am hoping that this will not be a long, drawn out process, as I have very limited funds and need to get my plumbing problem fixed as soon as possible. Thank you! Description of Work: Kok Lee installed new Kohler faucets in my master bath sink. I purchased the faucets and Mr. Lee responded promptly to my call to install them. He was professional, friendly and available to come on weekdays and weekends. He had to make an adjustment on the installation as the parts underneath the sink that secure the faucets did not fit my sink configuration. The initial installation was timely, but I had to call him back twice to make one faucet more secure and to properly fit the stopper, both of which should have been done right the first time. Due to this I give him an A- rating.

Description of Work: He took out a non-working garbage disposal. I had a replacement disposal but it didn't fit so I had him just remove the old one. He also replaced the inside parts of two toilets that were always running. Because of the garbage disposal issue it took longer than expected but he got the job done and everything works great.

Description of Work: The service provider did not perform any of the services. The first appointment that was scheduled he didn't show up for, the next appointment he couldn't find my address and advised that he had another job.

Description of Work: Replace old kitchen faucet with new one

Description of Work: Mr. Lee acknowledged my purchase with an email saying he could come by and give me a free estimate. He came one evening and took a look at several situations in my home, which I had just recently purchased. Some were in the inspector's report as needing attention. Two were not. The two I thought I needed immediate help with were a very slow kitchen drain and a leak at the cold water handle in my shower. Overall, he suggested I did not need any work done, but for the slow kitchen drain he gave me the name and number of someone else to do the work. The leak in the shower, he said was not serious and I didn't need to do anything for now. (He previously proposed a fix for the shower with a new faucet that would be over $900. I declined to spend that much money and later he said it didn't really need to be fixed anyway.) End result: no work whatsoever done. When I mentioned a refund in a phone call, he replied that usually there is a trip charge for the estimate time (which he volunteered to do for free). He also suggested I use any balance he might owe me in a year or two when I may remodel my bathroom. He did not seem inclined to do any plumbing himself. He even suggested that if I got the $900+ job done, his partner would probably do it. Mr. Lee seems to not be inclined to do ANY plumbing (at least not for me!).

Description of Work: I was referred to Kok after American Sewer performed drain cleaning on the laundry tub. Upon reassembly the trap was leaky. Kok came out to assess the work beforehand. The next day he dropped by to saw off the plastic drain trap and replace it with a new one. It took less than 30 minutes.

Description of Work: Kok Lee plumbing was prompt in responding that he does not service our area and I appreciate the quick reply. Company is listed as serving Hennepin County but does not come to our city (Eden Prairie)in Hennepin County. Unfortunately, I now may have to wait 7-10 days for refund for the big deal.

Description of Work: Great! Kok Lee is very pleasant and honest. He relayed that it is not a plumbing issue to us instead of just doing work anyways. We will definitely call Kok Lee when we redo our bathroom this winter.

Description of Work: We received a service call on Sunday, but he was unable to perform the job, due to an injury, so were not charged and offered a refund.
