Jim did a nice job for us. He went above and beyond when he called the company to get a replacement part and then came back to our house to install the piece. He did not charge us extra. He was very nice to deal with.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was fine. They did a very good job. He was busy during the first few weeks and so it took some time for them to come out, but I was also busy during the weekdays.

It was hard to know when he would arrive and he didn't give any firm timelines on when he would be done. A lot of time was spent waiting.

Jim is a good plumber. He was a little harried because of all the business he was getting on Angies list, and he was trying hard to accommodate everyone. He was able to get to my house by a deadline that I had, which I was grateful for. He is honest, reliable, and knowledgeable. His price's are great. I had way too many things for him to do in two hours, so it went over an hour and I paid him the extra money, even though he didn't ask for it, because I felt that he deserved it. He did put a small nick in the bathroom counter, behind the faucet, basically because he was hurrying to get everything i had lined up for him done. It can't be seen unless you look for it, and the new fixtures look really great, and they work really well, no more dripping! I would definitely hire him again!

After a little challenge communicating, Jim came out as promised. Could be a nicer or more knowledgeable professional. Neat, fast, top quality work. For those of us spoiled by the electronic age of immediate messaging, vm, and rapid response, please remember Jim is a one guy operation. If you are patient, and can appreciate the demands of a one-person operation, you will be more than satisfied with the quality of his work. I would hire Jim in a heartbeat!!

Jim is a one man shop. He is a nice guy and truly wants to do the best job he can, however I caught him in a stressful time of his company. He received many jobs from his Angie's List offer causing him to work around the clock. This contributed to miscommunication between the both of us on schedule availability as well as long delays in his response to my emails. Once we got our schedule's together Jim showed up on time and ready to work. He listened to my needs, asked questions and explained what he was going to do. Part of the water line install included his need to drill through the floor to feed the copper line to a water pipe in my utility room one floor down. Unfortunately, Jim started to drill and found he drilled through a bathroom ventilation vent pipe running beneath the sub-floor of my kitchen. Upon discovering his mistake, he quickly alerted me and discussed options available to repair the damage. Upon repair of the ventilation pipe, Jim continued to install the ice maker water line without any further problem. When all was finished, Jim expressed his apologies for the damaged pipe and promised if I thought additional work was needed on the repair I was to contact him without hesitation. Jim completed the work asked of him, answered questions I had concerning other plumbing issues I had in the house and cleaned up after himself. Again he's a nice guy but needs office help to run his company more effectively.

Both products were installed properly.

We had two old bathroom vanity faucets that were falling apart and corroded and we bought a $99 Big Deal from Jim to replace them with faucets I had purchased. Unfortunately, I bought the wrong size (8" centers instead of 4", doh!) and Jim said he would go ahead and dismantle one of them and come back to finish the install at no charge when I was able to get the proper faucet. It took a week or so to get the faucets in hand and to coordinate our schedules but Jim came when promised and finished the job, he even stayed longer than two hours total to get it all finished and only charged us for a part that I had failed to pick up from Home Depot (which he had on hand). It went very smoothly, I would recommend Jim.

Everything is done and working perfect.

I had a leak, so I needed someone fairly soon. I needed someone that could accommodate my schedule because I was in a new job and couldn't take off work. This plumber was able to come the next morning and started the job early enough for me to get to work on time. He was also very cognitive of staying with my budget.

I had written a negative review because he had not responded to my messages. However, I discovered that he had been overwhelmed by response to his deal in Angie's List, which had him running all over the county, and putting twelve hour days. When he did manage to contact me, he set an appointment, came out promptly, and did a wonderful job. He spotted and correct things that had escaped my notice, and the overall price was very reasonable. A very nice and professional person. I will certainly use him again in the future, and recommend him to whomever needs plumbing.

Contact with the provider was absolutely fine; however, I am somewhat outside the service provider's area, and we both agreed it would be better for me to find a plumber who is closer to me.

I purchased an Angie's list $99.00coupon for 2 hours of plumbing services from Jim. I had very restrictive measurement issues if this sink was to fit and he suggested a supplier that was able to find what I needed and was very nice to deal with. We scheduled our appointment and he was prompt and did a lovely job. He's professional and pleasant to work with. I would definitely use his services again and unequivocally recommend him. The quoted price includes the cost of the sink and parts for the faucet as well as an extra hour of labor.

He was very prompt and did the work as requested. The bid deal did no include materials, which is what I expected. But it seemed like he made up the price and it seemed a bit high.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. The service went really well. He did a really good job and I'm really happy with what he did. I paid more than what I had purchased the deal for. The job took longer for him to finish. We had a couple of questions and he answered those, too. He's very respectful and courteous. He knows what he's doing. He is very flexible because when he had to go into the drywall, he had to actually bring a ladder in for an upper level area and he's very flexible. I have no complaints at all. I would definitely recommend him.

Jim seemed overwhelmed by the popularity of the Angie's List deal and he apologized for it, but once we got a chance to have him come out and look at the projects, I was very impressed all around. He explained details and gave reasonable fair pricing on projects that are on my to do list. We scheduled an appointment for him to come back in a couple weeks and do a couple of the projects we talked about. Overall I was very impressed by the initial visit/consultation.

Excellent work and very responsive. Contacted him one day and he was here the next, worked an hour and all is fixed.

Mr. Morrison arrived promptly and finished the faucet replacement within an hour. Since I had purchased 2-hours of service through an Angie's List deal, He was quick to point out that I still had an extra hours worth of work he could do. So we found more plumbing work for him to accomplish! The original deal was $99.00 for 2-hours, the additional $70.00 were for fittings. If I had known about him a month ago, I would not have paid $150.00 to a plumber who spent 35-minutes to re-solder a joint leading to my water softener! Mr. Morrison was cordial, helpful and efficient. His pricing was very fair and I would highly recommend him for any plumbing work and will call him again myself for any work I may need to have done!

Basically a good job but the plumber forgot to out hose in place before he left. I was the last stop of the day. Flooding and call to another plumber rectified situation.

Both my husband and I had left messages for them last week to schedule service and they never called either of us back. : (

Jim contacted me within 24 hours of my purchase of the the Angie's List Deal. He said he could come out the next day, which I thought was great. He arrived when he said he would, and looked at both toilets, and got everything checked out and adjusted. I hadn't mentioned the outdoor faucet to him originally, but he agreed to take a look at it. As it would happen, he didn't have the part to replace the faucet, but fortunately his supplier was just a few miles from my home. The part was only $42 and he was able to get that installed within the 2 hour time frame. Jim was very easy to work with and explained all he did. I would call him again for similar projects.

It went well. Jim was reliable, performed the job needed at an acceptable price and exhibited the knowledge base and hands on skills of a master plumber.

We found stains on our basement restroom ceiling which we thought is some pipes either loose or broke. We called Jim to look at it, he diagnosed the issue in less than 5mts and fixed the leak which is actually caused by the toilet on the first level. He took the toilet, replaced the wax, fixed the toilet back and sealed with sealant. Also he fixed the leak under the sink which he replaced metal parts instead of plastic. He charged very nominal fee for the parts. He came at the right time and finished his work in less than 90mts. I am happy with his service and will recomment his service to others.

Time scheduled for 10:00 and he showed up at 10:30. (Travel time I believe) He got right to work and installed my new disposal that I had purchased ahead of time. He was quick and effecient. Then he had to drill into my floor to hook up the water line in the basement. He was effecient, neat and worked as planned. Jim is very personable and friendly. He had some good suggestions and completed the job in the perscribed time. I would definately call him again for plumbing needs. The only extra cost to me was the copper pipe and that was very reasonable. I do recomend Jim for plumbing needs.

I bought a Big Deal for 2 hours of plumbing labor (parts extra). Jim contacted me right away and was actually early for our appointment. My main priority for him was to replace the outdoor faucet. It went well, no complications, so he had time to replace the washer hoses and showerhead. He also checked the toilets and made a couple of repairs including installing a new fill valve/supply tube. I already had the washer hoses and shower head. I had told him that I needed a new outdoor faucet, so he brought it with him and had the toilet part on the truck. He was very efficient and I'm delighted that there were no complications so he could help clear off my to-do list. I will definitely be keeping his card and call him for future plumbing issues.
