Description of Work: Tim provided an incredibly competitive quote to refinish our hardwood floors. We did the labor of carpet removal ourselves and he gave us helpful tips. The floors ended up being in worse shape than we all hoped, so he had to up his price a bit. We had our front porch, stair treads, and the entire upstairs including closets refinished and it took him about a week. He works alone since he has yet to find anyone else to work up to his standards. Our 100+ year old floors turned out better than imagined.
