Description of Work: The problem isn't with the work, that's very well done. The problem is getting someone to respond to phone calls requesting help. We were given three numbers to call and leave a message for service, those calls were never returned.

Description of Work: This is about the Geek Squad located in the Best Buy in Minnetonka. Last year my wife and I bought two computers from that location. We also bought a $300 dollar service warrenty on both computers (for a total of $600). Then on April 25th of this year I took my computer in because it wasn't working. I was informed that the powercord had gone bad and that they would need to order another one. That was only suppose to take "7 to 10 days". Well it is 2 months later and I am still waiting. I have called many times with no resolution. Often I am just put on hold. Or, people are suppose to call me back, but never do. When I did get through a few weeks ago, they couldn't find history of placing an order for the cord - so they had to put in other one. I am very frustrated with these people. We should have bought our computers some place else and not have dealt with the Geek Squad.

Description of Work: THEY THREW AWAY HARD DRIVE WITHOUT TRYING TO RECOVER ANY INFORMATION, IT TOOK THEM TWO MONTHS TO FIX THE COMPUTER. IF THEY REALLY CARED THEY COULD HAVE RECOVERED THE HARD DRIVE, BUT THEY DIDN'T.
