SO I WAS VERY SURPRISED WHEN WE NEVER GOT THE WRITTEN ESTIMATE AS PROMISED. I CALLED TWICE TO TRY TO GET THEM TO SEND US THE ESTIMATE, BUT TO NO AVAIL, NOW MORE THAN ONE MONTH AFTER THE APPOINTMENT.

STEVE''S OFFICE WAS ALSO VERY HELPFUL - THEY WERE THE ONLY COMPANY WE CALLED THAT WAS WILLING TO ANSWER BASIC QUESTIONS OVER THE PHONE ABOUT HARDWOOD FLOOR REFINISHING.
Description of Work: WE HAD THE FLOORS REFINISHED IN 3 ROOMS OF OUR HOUSE (ABOUT 350 SQ. FT.) THE FLOORS ARE THE ORIGINAL MAPLE PLANKS FROM 1920. THEY WERE SANDED, OILED, AND FINISHED WITH THREE COATS OF SATIN POLYURETHANE (WITH SANDINGS IN BETWEEN). STEVE ALSO INSTALLED A WOODEN THRESHOLD BETWEEN THE KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM FOR NO EXTRA CHARGE.
