WOW!! SO IMPRESSED!!!! From start to finish so happy with the service of Estate Claim Services LLC I hired Estate Claim Services LLC as a General Contractor in fall of 2013 after the big storm in August completely trashed the exterior of my home. ECS replaced my roof, siding, gutters, stained the deck and even painted kid's playhouse damaged by hail. The project coordination was excellent. Every part of the project was completed well within projected time frame and they were always there as scheduled. All the workers were very friendly, courteous and professional. I felt completely comfortable and safe leaving them working on the house while I was away at work and not present. I was so impressed that I recommended them to my next door neighbor and they also went with Estate Claim Services LLC as their contractor. Both houses look great after all work was done. Our Sales rep showed us many roofing and siding samples and was very knowledgeable in different products and explained every option in detail. I was not an easy client and kept changing my mind on color combinations but our sales rep was so patient that he made me comfortable making my final choice. He also did a great job during the project by keeping us informed about every detail and confirming the schedule, so there was no unpleasant surprises. Before they started, I got an initial call from the owner, then a visit from project manager, and a follow up visit once the job was complete. When they were working on the roof a small decorative plate in one of the bedrooms fell off the wall and shattered from vibration as they were nailing new shingles.(Btw, the sales rep did mention such possibility and advised me to take down any items that were not well secured, but I didn't bother). Even though, I didn't ask for any reimbursement, when the owner heard of the incident, he immediately offered to write a check to cover replacement. The item was very inexpensive and not a big deal, so I didn't need it. I just think that this shows the company's great ethics, willingness to appease their customer and I wouldn't hesitate to give them my highest recommendation. Very nice company to deal with. Not only am I pleased with the result, but the crew left my yard looking better than when they arrived. Picked up everything around the perimeter of the house. Going over several times with magnets over all grass areas to make sure all metal remnants and nails are removed as we have small children in the house and they run barefoot all the time

They did exactly what we wanted them to do and did the job. I think their price was average-to-low. They were there, stayed until the job was finished, cleaned up and were pleasant people. It was a good experience and I would recommend them.

Everything from arrival to clean up was what they said they'd do. It went well for us - we harding even knew that they were here and gone. No mess, great clean up and addressed any concerns we had.

It went very well. Extremely helpful. From the day they reviewed the rook to working with the adjuster to get the job starter and get done. Over all I was happy. They helped with the colors, gave us more options than the standard choices, provided us addresses to look at other homes to help with roof colors. They dropped off the garbage bucket the day of the construction an picked it the morning after the finishing construction. The crew was polite, courteous and cleaned up. We did have some cleanup that was missed although they did a good job.

Estate Claims worked well with our insurance company, got claim accepted, and then did a professional job in completing the project within our personal specifications.

They helped us through the process from start to finish!! It seemed so effortless on our part! Couldn't be happier with the service and quality of the work. They were really quick and I would recommend them and would definately use them again in the future!

It was amazing, every single person that I encountered was FANTASTIC!!! In most cases they left my house looking better than they found it, fixing things that were not even on their radar! The communication was clear and concise and everyone was sooooo nice! I would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone!
