Description of Work: Cable had never been installed in my 1920's house. The installer needed to run a cable from the house to the cable box on high wires two houses away. He accomplished this and left a neat wire both inside and outside the house. He also set up the TV and remotes. It took him a couple hours to do all this. I recently got my bill with an installation charge of $32.00. TV works great and the installation has survived our recent storms intact.

Description of Work: The person who came to my home was polite and effective in resolving problems. However, at least 5 lengthy telephone calls to resolve billing issues were all disasters. I would prefer to use a different provider, but alas there are no options in my area. The continue to overcharge me and add charges I did not authorize.
