Description of Work: There was a leaky valve and i called them and I described the situation and they had Gas emergency come out and found a leak and the on call person for Boem was busy so jkeff who had came out recently came out and his dad al so came out to figure the situation out. They had me call Gas emergency so that they could speak with them directly to diagnose the situation. They got everything fixed up for me, They did a great job! They are well known for being dependable i this neighborhood of very old house.

Description of Work: Boehm came quickly for a tune up. I scheduled and the same technician who came in 2014 when I had an a/c problem showed up today. He was quick, efficient, and noticed a crack in a covered part. He told me that he would replace it immediately as he had replacements in his truck. I was the first appointment of the morning and was able to go about getting my family breakfast and out of the house while he worked on the furnace. It took perhaps 25-30 minutes at most. The best part was the honesty of the technician about when I would need other tune ups(e.g. every year, two years, etc.) and his cheerful nature. It made the experience painless. Also, the price quoted was the exact price, including tax. He didn't have a refrigerator magnet, but did show me where the sticker was on the furnace in case I had problems in the future. I will definitely be using this company again.

THE MAN WHO DID MY SERVICING - MIKE - WAS GREAT. THE COMPANY ITSELF I''VE HAD PROBLEMS WITH. I WAS TO RECEIVE A CALL BACK FROM THE RECEPTIONIST PRIOR TO THEIR FIRST VISIT. SHE NEVER CALLED BECAUSE SHE MISPLACED MY PHONE NUMBER. I ALSO WAS WAITING TO HEAR BACK FROM THEM AFTER THEIR INITIAL VISIT BECAUSE MIKE HAD ORDERED IN A PART FOR ME. THE RECEPTIONIST, ONCE AGAIN, LOST THE PAPER WORK AND I WAS THE ONE WHO HAD TO CALL BACK TWO MONTHS LATER TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON. IF THIS PLACE COULD GET A RECEPTIONIST WHO KNEW WHAT SHE WAS DOING I WOULD BE MORE INCLINED TO CONTINUE BUSINESS WITH THEM.
