It went fine I guess and I would probably not use them again in the future, I would try someone else.

The installers were prompt, efficient, and cleaned up before leaving. I'll be calling them again next time we need service.

Went great. Took them about 1 minute to diagnose and fix the problem :-)

One of the cables snapped causing the door to shift a little crooked. This caused some of the wheels to come out of their housing and the frame to bend a little. Dave was on time, very friendly and professional, and after I explained the problem immediately got to it. It didn't take him long but he made sure everything was in alignment and operating smoothly before he left.

The company provided me with an estimate to replace a double and a single garage door and to replace the garage door opener on the double (10-6-14). We ended up getting a couple of bids and I felt AA Garage Door Company provided the best value on the garage doors (Clopay 4300 Series Doors). Their quoted price on a Chamberlain WD962KEV was good, but Sears was running a special and I got a great price through them. I called AA and they said they would install a GDO that I provided when they installed the garage doors for another $100 which would include better rails than what was provided by Chamberlain. They installed the doors and the GDO on 11/12/14 and everything was great however, the doors should have had Colonial inserts whereas we just had plain glass. We called and they came right over and installed them, no problem. A few months later we had an issue with one of the doors closing and we called them and they came right over and fixed the problem, no charge. Other than installing the Colonial inserts when they installed the doors, I'm not sure what more they could have done. I think this is a great company, great products and great service.

Installer was very professional. He did the job quickly and had a good "can do" attitude. A good deal for all I got.

AA was on time, friendly, and informative. Offered other services but not pushy about it. Overall I would use them again and recommend them to friends.

They installed everything and it was working when they left but it was installed crooked and they left staples and screws all over the garage floor. I'm lucky I didn't pop a tire when I pulled in. I called the manager and he was very nice and came out for free to straighten the install and apologized for the sharp objects left on the ground and said if I do receive a flat tire to be sure to call him to have it replaced. It took two times and some luck of not running over the sharp parts on the floor but the garage door has been running buttery smooth for the last 3 months so overall it was a success.

Very friendly and courteous service/repairman. It would have been nice if he had called on his way, but it was no problem this time. He was very efficient in installing the new nylon rollers. Gave me suggestions of these to 'watch' for, as my opener is 22 years old. I would AA Garage Door Service again.

Installation was great, and the opener worked great - until the sun came out. The photo eyes meant for safety are confused by sunlight, so most afternoons (my garage faces west) the door won't close if there is any hint of sun somewhere in the sky. Admittedly, my primary complaint is with the Lift Master opener and not AA Garage door, but they recommended which opener to install. I also called to ask what remedy there is for this problem. AA said there was nothing I could do. Whenever I tried to leave, I had to get out of the car, pull the release cord, close the door by hand, lock manually, then walk around through the house to go out the front door. Then - since I'd had to lock by hand, when I came back I had to get out of the car, go in the front door and into the garage to unlock and open the door. That pretty much made the opener useless. After a couple weeks, I read the instruction manual more closely (I had read through the troubleshooting section earlier - with no useful solutions). On page 25 I found an instruction that said you could hold down the button on the door control or keyless entry to force it to close. Although this doesn't work on the remote control, it's still a big improvement over what I was doing. Maybe I should've figured this out on my own - but would've been nice if AA had told me about that when I had called to complain about the problem.

Glad they Were able to schedule for same day service. Changed the springs very quickly. Told me our garage door opener needed to be replaced but they didnt have one along. Didn't appear they had time to do the install either. So, I can open the garage door manually now but have to spend another day getting the rest of the repair done. That is the disappointing part.

This was a tricky project as the original door and ceiling in our garage is a little lower than standard; this company was the only one we found that had a garage door and mechanism that would fit in the existing space. We were surprised that it was possible to remove the old garage door and mechanism, and install the new one with only one workman. He measured carefully to be sure that the door and mechanism would indeed fit in the space before starting the job. He worked quickly and efficiently, and completed the entire job in just a few hours. He tested the door to be sure that the safety features worked and took care to instruct us in how to use it, and that the keyless entry code was correctly entered. All lin all, we were very pleased with our new door and with the work that AA did.

Very good service. Quick response via message center on AL. Serviceman showed up early in the timeframe they gave me, and was good enough to call before coming over. Quick assessment of the problem, didn't try to sell me up on stuff I didn't need. Quick fix, very pleasant and capable serviceman. I purchased a $49 repair and was told that this would cover the cost of labor. I was delighted that I was told the truth and that there wasn't an additional "service fee" like at some places where you're charged $100 or more because they drove to your house and then any labor that they do is additional. I was a little surprised that it cost $50 for what amounted to probably 5 feet of cable, but the service more than made up for that. I will definitely call them again. Thank you!

Fixed bolt and associated plates/hardware on both sides of garage door. Gave me generous Angie's List discount. Wow...my new go to place for garage door issues.

It went great. I purchased the bottom panel, some new springs, misc hardware and they used it all. The only additional charge was for a couple of new bearings.

Project went great! Easy to schedule, arrived on time, new garage door looks and works great! We are very happy.

The technician arrived on time and completed the repair in about 30 minutes. I would definately recommend AA for future garage door repairs.

AA Garage door initially came out to investigate why the garage door opener was not working via remotes and the keypad. They determined it was the circuit board and had to order the part. They came back out a few days later to install the new circuit board. Also oiled the hinges and springs. I feel they did an excellent job and went above and beyond my expectations. I will use htem again!

Called on a Sunday and they were able to schedule the replacement the following day. Responsive, professional, thorough. Wasn't the least expensive, but selected on the basis of customer ratings and I'm completely satisfied.

Dave's crew were prompt and replaced the broken springs in under an hour. I did have them return several days later to align door. The entire process was explained during alignment and my questions were thoroughly answered. The end result was that the original installation was the cause of the door being out of alignment. Repair was made quickly and with no extra cost. Will spread the word for those looking for garage repairs or tune-up. Glad to have this business in my neighborhood. Thanks Dave!

Quick, courteous and fantastic service. Did a great job.

Went great- came out to do tune-up, found gear out on opener- repaired and did this all in short order for a very reasonable rate. They called me at work giving me a heads up they were on the way and I met them at house 15 minutes later. They were prompt, professional and pleasant to work with. I was back to work in no time and at very little expense. thank you AA you deserve an A for your efforts.

They responded quickly to my call, came out immediately to do an estimate and got me on their schedule the next week. They were very professional and the quality of their work was good.
