AA Garage Door Service

My sister-in-law called to ask for a referral on a Saturday morning. I had previously used AA Garage Door Service and was completely satisfied with their work. This business is owner-operated, and I always prefer to use firms like this because the owner has a great incentive to perform well and charge fairly to build continuing business relationships. The service tech came out (again, on a Saturday!) and immediately identified the problem - an adjustment was required to give more power to the opener. He fixed it right away and THEN WOULD NOT TAKE ANY MONEY FOR THE SERVICE CALL! Amazing! You don't run into that kind of service organizations very often anymore.

They are simply superb. Effective, prompt and clear communication. Technician came when they promised, fixed what they were supposed to and charged just the right amount.

Fantastic! A phone call set up the Price and Time for Service. A AA Garage Door Representative came out and replaced our old Garage Door Motor within 45 minutes. He also fine tuned the Door and Track and gave me clear instructions on it's use.

Derik was very professional and courteous. He got right to work and was done fixing the spring in about 15 mins. Checked the door all over plus sprayed all of the rollers and hinges. The springs have a lifetime warranty so I never need to worry about them again.

I called on a Thursday night after hours, and still someone answered the phone! Someone came on Friday morning to check it out, ordered a part, and then returned on Saturday to do the work. The actual job took about an hour. They did offer a couple other alternatives, but my garage is old and I opted for the least expensive option because at some point I'm going to have to build a new garage. I didn't call any other service because I had used this company in the past and was satisfied then. Seems like I've always needed someone when it's been so cold, and this time was no exception. They were on time, professional, and very pleasant.

I couldn't be happier. Works great & he gave good instructions since some change since my old one. I have used them before & will again. Very happy with the installer.

I called Dave and he was able to fit me when I told him the situation and this was greatly appreciated. The garage door rotor was shredded and Dave had a part in his truck and was able to fix it on the spot.

Great. He tuned up both our single stall garage doors and even worked on the third stall, which we hadn't requested or paid for. He went out of his way to help us and he did a great job!
