Excellent.
Description of Work: Having trouble with remotes. Came out within an hour or so of my call. Got them coded for me, no charge. You don't see many companies like that anymore. I have marked them in my book. They will be the only garage door company i will ever call.

Great! Very friendly!
Description of Work: I called around and got a bad feeling after calling the first company I found on a google search. AA answered my call after hours and were very friendly and nice and setup something that would work for me around my schedule rather than just their's. The technician arrived exactly at the proposed time and replaced our garage springs in about 20 minutes and was out the door. Great service, great speed, on time, friendly and a set price. Highly recommend them!

IT WAS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. THE COMPANY WAS VERY PROMPT IN GETTING HERE & EVEN CAME ON THE WEEKEND. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY & COURTEOUS. THEY EVEN CHANGED THE BATTERIES ON THE OUTSIDE OPENER FOR US.

OUR EXPERIENCE WITH AA GARAGE DOOR WAS EXCELLENT. ALTHOUGH WE HAD TO RESCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT ONE TIME DUE TO A COMPUTER CRASH, DAVE WAS VERY APOLOGETIC AND SINCERELY FELT BAD. HE WAS ABLE TO RESCHEDULE AT OUR CONVENIENCE. HIS PRICING WAS SIGNIFICANTLY LESS THAN 3 OTHER BIDS WE RECEIVED. SINCE THIS WAS NOT AN EMERGENCY, WE SCHEDULED THE GARAGE DOOR TO BE INSTALLED ONE WEEK OUT (QUICKER THAN SOME OTHERS). THE GARAGE DOOR WAS INSTALLED ON TIME, AND ONCE AGAIN, THE COMPANY WAS VERY FLEXIBLE WITH OUR SCHEDULE AND ABLE TO CHANGE THE TIME WITH LITTLE NOTICE. THE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB INSTALLING AND FIXED OUR EXTERNAL KEY PAD. DAVE ALSO ADJUSTED AND FIXED THE EYE-CONTROLS AT NO CHARGE WHEN COMING OUT TO GIVE US A FREE QUOTE ON THE NEW GARAGE. OUR EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AA GARAGE DOOR TO OTHERS.

I GIVE DAVID SANDS A GRADE OF AA. IN 2003 HE INSTALLED A SINGLE GARAGE DOOR OPENER. WE ARE SENIOR CITIZENS. WITH OUR PERMISSION HE WENT TO MENARDS, PURCHASED THE OPENER AND INSTALLED IT AT A VERY REASONABLE PRICE. TODAY, 8/5 THE DOOR WOULDN'T STAY CLOSED. WITHIN 3 HOURS OF CALLING HIM, HE DID MAINTENANCE ON THE DOOR AT NO CHARGE.

DAVE ALWAYS ANSWERED THE PHONE PERSONALLY AND WAS VERY POLITE--AND HE ANSWERED AT 8 AM AND 6 PM. HE WAS AVAILABLE ON SHORT NOTICE AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. I FELT HE WAS VERY HONEST AND HARD-WORKING. SINCE HE WAS THE FIFTH COMPANY IN THE LIST THAT ANGIES GAVE ME OVER THE PHONE, IT COULD BE THAT OTHER PEOPLE CALL THE ONES HIGHER ON THE LIST--IF SO THEY ARE MISSING OUT ON ONE OF THE BEST PROVIDERS OF GARAGE DOOR SERVICE. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO FRIENDS.
Description of Work: GARAGE DOOR WAS STUCK A FEW INCHES ABOVE GROUND AND I COULDN'T OPEN IT. THEY CAME AND DIAGNOSED THAT THE MOTOR BOARD WAS WORN OUT AND THERE WAS A WHEEL ON THE TRACK THAT NEEDED FIXING. HE SAID NORMALLY HE COULD HAVE FIXED IT ON THE SPOT, BUT THE MOTOR HE NEEDED WAS IN HIS SON'S TRUCK, SO IT WOULD BE LATER ON THAT SAME DAY. I ASKED FOR AN ANGIES LIST DISCOUNT AND HE GAVE US FREE KEYLESS REMOTES. THEN, WHEN I GOT THE BILL, IT WAS EVEN LESS THAN HE HAD QUOTED ME--BY ABOUT $30. HE INSTALLED A HEAVIER DUTY (MORE POWERFUL) MOTOR FOR NO EXTRA CHARGE.
