AA Garage Door Service

The staff was great. They came out and took measurements and talked about all options for our garage. Once the door was ordered they stayed in close communication with us and as soon as it arrived they brought it out and installed it. The install went very well and the staff was professional and efficient.

I called the company. They were out in a day or so. I mentioned that I was concerned about getting it done as I was leaving town and did not want to leave an open garage door. They could not get out the following week, but scheduled for the Tues day before I left on Wed. I was nervous about it getting done. They were out, earlier than promised, got it all done in a very short time. I was so pleased and ran the door up and down a few times because it worked so well and was so quiet. Unfortunately, when I closed the door on Tues. nite I noticed a problem with one of the rollers being out of adjustment. but I since the door was shut I had to leave it. When I returned the following Tuesday, I called, and they were out Wed. morning, earlier than expected and all was fixed. There have been no problems since and again, I am very pleased.

I wasn't home when the work was performed. They completed the work even though I forgot to leave a key. They were able to get into the man door and perform the work. A friend of mine was on site, and said the technician was very nice and fixed everything quickly. I wish I had hired them years ago.

I was happy with the service provided. It exceeded my expectations. I would use them for service in the future.

Called Dave at 9:30am on a Friday. Told him I found him on Angies list and that my single car garage door had a broken spring. I asked if he could come out today and replace it. Said he'd be out between 1 and 5 pm. He quoted me the Angies list discount. He showed up at 2pm and fixed the spring in 30 minutes. Great response, great service, great price! I would definitely use his services again.

I had purchased a $49 tune up from Angie's list due to my garage door being a little goofy. After purchasing I received an email from AA almost right away asking me to call and schedule an appointment. I called and I believe I was able to get an appointment the following week. The day they were supposed to come we waited a bit after the expected arrival time before getting a call indicating the person who was supposed to come had car trouble and couldn't make it. I know car troubles happen so I don't feel completely right about giving them a B in this area but it's possible it could have been handled differently. We rescheduled for another day and that visit went just fine. The service man was on time and was very friendly and helpful in relaying to me what he'd be doing and the issues he immediately found with my garage door. Within what seemed like a very short time, he had tuned up the door, replaced some parts and the door was working just like new!

I called this company because they're already highly rated on Angie's List, and my old garage doors were really giving me problems. AA Garage Door was surprisingly quick in responding, scheduled by email which really was helpful to me, and the promptness, courtesy and good communication about the problem with the door, which required a follow-up visit, was more that terrific. These guys rule.

The entire service took less than 10 minutes since he could not perform the service I had purchased.

What a great guy. Very professional. He got caught in traffic and was late but stayed in touch so we knew that was going to be an issue. I had been having electrical problems with the opener and he inspected the system, put my concerns to rest and also gave me a very reasonable quote for a brand new system. I will use him again when we replace the electric garage door opener.

They showed up on time and wokred quickly leaving the garage as they found it. Very basic service call.

We were told there would be a four hour window in which the repair could take place. Our repair was completed during the window of time that was described. After the repair technician arrived, he inspected our garage door, explained the work he would do and completed his work within 20min. Only downfall...my seven year old daughter peeked in the garage to see if I was in the garage at the very moment the repair tech had a few select words with the garage door, @#!%. He also left behind a crushed plastic bottle of water in the drive-way. Great work but could be more professional.

AA did an outstanding job. They gave me great advice when selecting the door, installed it in a timely manner, hauled away the old door (it was solid wood), reconnected my opener (in fact they installed it correctly, I had done it wrong years before), and cleaned up everything. I'll never call anyone else for garage door needs.

The representative arrived on time, was efficient in examining our garage door and making necessary adjustments. He took sufficient time to explain the condition of our door system and what we might consider or do when the system need replacement sometime in the future. He was very thorough and knowledgeable.

I had called another vendor who did not show up to replace a broken spring (my car was stuck in my garage!). Then I called AA. I got a live human immediately. Debra was very sympathetic and got me scheduled right away. Service person Chris was on time, quick, and thorough. Our garage door has never been more quiet and smooth-running. We will definitely use them again, both for routine maintenance and any emergencies. I am recommending them to all our town-home complex.

I was trying to leave around 1pm on Saturday and discovered my garage door spring was broken. I called a couple of Angie List "A" rated companies and AA Garage Door was the first to say they could come out today. There was a mix up in phone numbers and I am SUPER APPRECIATIVE that the technician came over even though he couldn't get hold of me a prior to our appointment. At 3pm my garage door was working again and I was headed out the door. AA Garage Door saved my weekend!
