He arrived on time and was very professional. After adjusting both doors he adjusted the lights on the opener and even helped me program the remote in my car. I will use them when ever I have garage door needs.

Installation was a painless experience. Installer called in advance and then arrived promptly at the agreed upon time. He was friendly and task focused. He quickly explained how he would remove the old opener and then install the new one with new eyes, and sensors. Included was a wireless key pad which he also installed. Once complete he explained how everything worked, removed the old opener and left. The whole project took less than one hour.

Dave was very prompt in setting up a time for him to come recondition and replace the rollers on our garage door. Dave was very professional yet warm. I was watching my grandchildren that day so I didn't go outside while he worked on the door but when he left I found the garage door to work smoothly and quiet. We are very happy with it.

I called AA garage door service. They answered the call right away. The tech set a same day appointment between 1-5 pm. The tech called at 2:30 to confirm my address and let me know he when he would arrive. He arrived at 3:15 and completed the work by 4 pm. He also reset two garage door openers that was not working and adjusted the second garage doors which before I had to hold the button down to get it to close. The company was very easy to work with and I will call them again without hesitation .

Next day service! Prompt for appointment. Inspected the whole garage door. Suggested new rollers that are quieter but was not pushy about it.

They did a great job - fixed the problem and gave us good safety tips, taking into account the fact that our door and opener system are old. They advised us that we'll need to replace them in a few years but didn't push that on us now at all. Finally writing this review nearly five months later, the door continues to work very well.

The two fellows who came were very young and didn't seem to have alot of knowlege. They spent less than 10 minutes on my "garage door tune-up/inspection". I was not impressed and felt like I had wasted $75.

AA Gargage Door Service was contracted through my purchase made at Home Depot. The original installer was punctual, polite and very efficient. When a glitch in the door operation caused by the "high lift" feature occureed a few weeks later, the owner of AA intervened with Home Depot to explain and correct the problem and drove in from Iowa to personally retrofit the garage door, which now works as intended. I am happly to highly recommend AA Gargage Door Service to potential customers.

Overall, I was very impressed with the experience. From the time I purchased the Angie's List deal to the time of completion was less than 48 hours. I received several emails and phone calls to try and work out the best time for me, as well as to confirm our appointment. Considering my garage door was not operational and with winter approaching, I was very happy with the quick turnaround time!
