AA Garage Door Service

He was on time, fast worker, great service.

Service representative was courteous and knowledgeable, showed up in time frame that I was told. We had one door that had stopped working and our other door was noisy and would also stop in the middle of going up and down when it gets below 0. After a quick check of the doors he found the problem with the broken door and repaired it. Looked at other door and explained what was happening to make it stop from time to time, and adjusted it. Did not push any unneeded repairs or upgrades. I will be using them again for repairs or replacement of openers when that time comes.

Sounded like it was going to fall on my head at any time. I knew I was missing at least 1 roller. All rollers were replaced and everything oiled. It's a good feeling to not feel nervous when I press the button

I knew I had a sensor issue with opener. After ordering the $111.00 reconditioning service online I received the contact info for AA/Dave. Called on Friday and was told they could do the job the next day. Dave found a loose wire on the sensor, fixed it, replaced all rollers with new nylon rollers, lubed door, tested and gave me some great tips on maintaining basic service myself. I couldn't be happier with the experience!

The contact for AA Garage Door called at 8:00 am and said he would be at my place at 8:30. He arrrived at 8:30 and asked problem I was experiencing. I descibed the issue and he advised that it was a gear in the opener and it would be $139 to fix it. About 40 minutes later her let me know it was good to go. He advised that he checked out the opener and there were no other issues. I appreciate the prompt and professional service.

Very, very well. The door works perfectly and I cannot get over how quiet the new wheels make the door.

Purchased the garage door tune-up special. Job was done promptly and professionally. Called the service provider a few months later with a weekend garage door emergency, and he was very helpful. Will continue to use this service.

I called the day after Christmas expecting to be scheduled out a few days. Instead they said they could have someone out between 1 PM and 5 PM. The technician arrived at 4 PM. He was friendly, polite and professional and did a good job. The price was exactly what the Angie's List advertisement said it would be. I would use them again.

We purchased a Angie's List deal and set an appointment set up and Dave called and was able to come out earlier. He arrived when he said he was and was friendly. He showed me what he was going to do and we discussed how the door worked and the age of the door. To replace the rollers and tune up everything took about 15 minutes. He showed me what he did and also explained how I could safely adjust the garage door opener if it needed it. He did tell me that my spring was old and that he tightened it up best he could. He told me not to replace it until it broke. How I can still get the door open if it breaks and he did not try to sell me anything. I appreciated that he did not try to tell me to replace the spring now even though the spring is very old. I will use Dave at AA Garage Door again, and in fact recomended him to a friend a few days later.
