AA Garage Door Service

This was a great Big Deal. Scheduling was easy. They showed up on time and did a great job with the tune up. Very satisfied.

They provided me with same day service. The repairman was polite, professional and efficient. He was able to diagnose the problem have the correct parts and fix the doer within a 1/2 an hour. I will definitely use this company again!

They responded promptly, arrived at the time they said they would and replaced our broken garage door spring with no issue. We gave them a C on price simply because we would characterize the price as fair -- with the Angie's List coupon. Even without the coupon their price was fair (similar to their competitors), but I admit to choosing them because they have an overall excellent rating on Angie's List *and* they had a coupon. We gave them a B on quality only because we had to call the service technician back because the door would still not open after replacing the spring. He returned later that day exactly at the time he said he would and after he operated the opener once realized he had forgotten to adjust the opening force of the garage door opener to accommodate the new springs. I gave them an A rating in Professionalism because the service technician explained to me what he had forgotten to do and then explained why it was necessary and educated me on what to expect given the force setting required by this garage door opener to open the door, i.e., the opener is nearing its end-of-life. (Not surprising as I'm sure the opener is pretty old).

Went well. very professional and fast.

Everything went great. The office staff was very helpful and responsive, and I since have a standard garage door, they were able to give me a quote over the phone. The estimater that came out was prompt, and they were able to schedule the replacement exactly when I wanted. It took around two hours, just as quoted, and the installer (same person who did the estimate), went through the warranty and the general maintenance I should do, as well as offering painting tips for the new trim. The new door works great and looks fantastic.

AA garage service called in advance and gave me a 4 hour window to plan for their arrival. They were timely, very efficient and friendly. They finished in the time we were quoted for the work. In addition they showed us how to adjust the opener which needs adjusting as the garage door gets older. The process was very professional..I would hire AA Garage Door Service again for maintenance work.

The owner of the company performed the garage door service. It required preventative maintenance and adjustment. The result - properly functioning garage doors.

After assessing the door and opener it was determined that the services did not need to be performed. Did Lube the rollers and some adjustments of the opener itself. Told us to call and ask for a refund. But because of their honesty and the fact that they performed some services I would call them again....it's just good business. Thanks again.

Very good experience. The rep arrived on time, explained what needed to be done, didn't charge more for a couple of extra things he did (changed out some screws on hinges because the previous owner used the wrong ones), and did the job quickly. I would definitely call them again!

They did a great job. The doors move much more smoothly now and they are a lot more quiet. The repair person also found a problem with how the doors tracked and this was corrected.

Appt was made in timely manner with just a few days wait. They came as scheduled after calling to confirm. Talked about what they were there to do. We told them we were also having a problem with door not working properly. They listened and went to work. They finished quickly and explained what they had done as maintenance and what they had done to fix problem . They explained in a manner that was easy to understand and were both professional but friendly.

They came to our home on time fixed the problem quickly and at a very reasonable price. The door has not worked so well or so quiet for years. We are very happy with the service.

The repairman showed up on schedule, did the work outlined in the ad, made a few needed adjustments and was gone. He was very helpful.

Very disappointed in this provider and the Big Deal. After spending $99 on a garage door reconditioning over a month ago, and two attempts to contact the provider, I have received no response at all. While I understand that when they are featured on the Big Deals they likely are backed up, 30+ days with no response is unacceptable. While not their fault, our garage door just broke due to a failed cable. Heading to Home Depot to have a new door installed, so it looks like the $99 was wasted. Will likely never purchase another Big Deal again.

He was professional, prompt, and knew what he was doing. He was very easy to work with.

Garage door stopped working last night. Called, requested an appt and got one for today b/w 1-5. Sean showed up at 230, diagnosed the stripped gear, fixed it and was out by 3:05. He also offered to fix my garage door button. These guys are a well oiled machine. Very pleased and will definitely use them again.
