They came out within a month after I purchased the “Big Deal” and the service turned out fine. This was the first time I used this company and I was surprised that they were at the same place as I am. I have no complaints with them at all and I was satisfied with their service.

They did a great job. After they left it began making odd noises, so they came right back out to make a minor repair, no more issues with that. I would recommend them to others.

1. I called them on Sunday morning - one of the springs on the garage door broke the night before. 2. They gave me the option of coming out to replace them on Sunday (weekend rates) or waiting until Monday (standard rates). 3. I chose to wait until Monday. 4. The serviceman came when they said he'd come, was very organized and professional. 5. He replaced the springs in the amount of time he said it would take. 6. He was finished in less than 1/2 hour! 7. Our garage door is working perfectly! I highly recommend them.

AA Garage Door was quick to respond to our request for quote/service and were able to fit us into the schedule the next day. They gave us a window of time that they would be out to the house and offered a 30 minute courtesy call prior to showing up (they followed through on all of this, and showed up at the very beginning of the time window). Once they arrived, they spent time with the door, explained in detail what the issue was, their recommendation, and were able to fix it all within the same visit (and brought it up to code!). After fixing it, they spent more time explaining what they did. We were about to just buy a whole new door, but so glad we called AA Garage door first b/c we saved so much money. I was expecting them to tell us we needed a new door, but instead they didn't even entertain that as an option. Was very pleased that they were willing to work on/fix the existing door. Very thorough and would use them again and recommend them to anyone needing repairs to their garage door.

It went pretty good. Got the appointment next day. He showed up on time and replaced torsion springs. No issues so far.

He went above and beyond a general garage door opener installation. He made the connection more solid at the door. Quick and efficient.

The tech was on time, professional, and did good work. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. Can't ask for much more! Now our garage opens and closes just as it should, and with a bit of a tune up it's quieter.

It went great! They were able to come the same day I called. They inspected the situation and advised that we needed a new door instead of just a new spring. He presented options, as in we could have waited a week or so for a color matched door. However we decided to go with plain white. They were able to come back the next day and complete the work. We could not be happier!

I was beyond pleased with the whole experience. Because my door was making funny noises, I was wondering if something was breaking and would need replacing. Instead, they reassured me that it all looked good, it just needed some adjustments. Additionally, the button to open the door required a very specific pressure in a very specific spot to work properly. As I showed them the technique, they said, heck we'll fix that too, even though it isn't on the list. They took it apart, fixed it, and it's worked great ever since. A year later, everything is still working super and they didn't charge me a penny more than the Big Deal. They won a big fan, in me, and they are the only ones I'll call if I need help in the future.

Great. Done quickly and was afordable.

It was wonderful. He was supposed to be here between 11-3 and he was here by noon and gone by 1 pm. He was fabulous. He wasn't patronizing and he was thorough. He actually found something else that was wrong. He made a recommendation to fix it and he gave me a price right on the spot. I would absolutely use him again.

Everything went well. They were able to schedule an appointment without 48 hours of my call. The serviceman called about 20 minutes before arriving. We talked about some of the issues I was having with the garage door. He was done within 30 minutes. He pointed out a few things to watch for with my older garage door opener and things I can do to keep things running smoothly.

The people at AA Garage Door Service were extremely professional and service oriented. On the day of they came to give an estimate they called thirty minutes ahead of time to ensure the time of their arrival was convenient. When they arrived they were efficient and answered all the questions we had. They came back within a week to install the garage door. The replacement process went smoothly. They fully tested the new garage door for proper operation. They disposed of the old garage door and cleaned up the area of all trash from the installation of the new garage door. They would not accept payment until we had assured them we were totally satisfied with the installation and proper working of the new garage door. It went great. The spring broke around 10:00. I had someone fixing it in just a couple of hours. I was pleased with Derik's work and his interactions with me. He was also very knowlegeable in answering my garage door questions. I will be calling them again next time I have a garage issue.

He arrived on time, excellent customer service, explained what he was going to do and when completed reviewed all that was done. It took less time than I thought around 30 minutes. Gave me tips on what to watch for when opener is failing. I would recommend this service to others and will call when our door opener needs replacement.

Excellent. I tried to fix the door myself without luck. I called on a Saturday and received a return call within hours to schedule my non-emergent appointment. When the technician arrived, he determined that that an additional bolt probably should have been placed in the apparatus affixed to my garaged door to maintain a tight grip. The sole existing bolt had loosened over time. Even though they had installed the door over a year ago, he still decided not to charge me for the repair. I don't care that people make mistakes. To err is human. What is important is to own up to your mistakes and take responsibility. That is what AA Garage Door did. I would never have known it was a mistake of installation, yet the tech owned up. This type of honesty is refreshing. That is why I recommend AA Garage Door to all my friends and neighbors.
