Repairman arrived promptly explained what the problem was and got right to it ...fast and friendly service-- will use again in the future

Unbelievable! Called at 8:00 a.m. and repairs were completed before 10:00 a.m. same day. Friendly repair person and door works better than new. They've got my future business.

The spring on our garage door broke on a Wednesday night, allowing the door to only open about a foot high. Called AA Garage Door Service Thursday afternoon and by Friday afternoon I was all fixed and ready to go. I was given a time frame of 1-5pm and they arrived at 3:30 and were done in 15 minutes. Very fast and professional. Best part, the springs have a lifetime warranty!! I would definitely use them in the future for any garage door needs.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were good. They were very professional and they did a good job.

He came, reviewed, suggested actions and professionally did the actions.

It was done perfectly. They came right on time, and they were very nice guy, very professional, they explained what they were doing.

I was in a bit of jam. I needed to have a garage door spring replaced before new tenants moved in. We were able to find anyone the night before, but in the morning, I checked angies list and called a couple of companies. Most had 5 hour window, and a 20 min call ahead time. The call ahead was not working for me since, it would take me at least 45 mins to get to the house. I call AA Garage and they were going to be in the same city as my house. I explained that I needed 45 mins to drive, and explained that no one was home, but the garage door was disengaged from the opener. Mike said he could take care of it. We got payment worked out over the phone. He called about an hour later to tell me it was. I haven't checked out the work, but so far I am more than happy.

Arrived on time, completed the job quickly and even reduced the price quoted over the phone because we were a repeat customer. Will recommend to others and use again as need arises.

The technician accused me of lying about how the incident happened which i was not. after I had to call the company owner, and explaining the situation, the technician finally fixed part of what wasnedded. he then admitted that i was not lyong and that my garage door had been originally improperly installed and that was the reason for the problem. he only fixed part of the problem and never did reinforce the strut that was bent as i had asked him to but at that point i didnot care i just wanted him out of my house. the owner was a reasonable man on the phone and sounded like it would have been easy to work with him. just be careful of the service technicians!

Sean did a professional job including telling me how to keep my garage door running smoothly- oiling at least once a year.

They were right on time, pleasant to deal with, and did an excellent job.

Service was prompt and courteous from start to finish. My call was returned immediately and an appointment was made for the next morning. One of the springs on our double garage door had broken, and the electric opener had not been working properly for some time. Sean came out as scheduled and got right to work. He answered all my questions clearly, and it was obvious he had a good deal of knowledge about his business. He explained the options, costs and warranties. He did not push to have additional work done. He replaced the springs very quickly, and I also requested that he replace the opener, which had not been working well for quite some time. He completed the job efficiently and assisted me in learning how to program the keypad. All in all, it was a great experience. I would definitely use them again.

Arrived a little earlier than the time said but I was there so it didn't matter. Very professional and friendly. Whole thing took less than half an hour and now the garage door, that has been unreliable for the last year and virtually non functional the last month, works perfectly.

They fixed the problem quickly and I ended up not needing the deal because it was such a minor fix.

Searched Angies List for a highly rated garage door servicing company in my area and found AA Garage Door Company. Set appointment and when the work was completed everything went well - it only took an hour or two to complete.

Door spring broke on garage door on Thurs., 7/11. Went to Angies LIst to find a "A" rated garage repair company and came across AA Garage. Called to set up an appt. on Friday, 7/12 between 1pm-4pm. Gave my info to the man who answered the phone to book that time slot. Spouse came home and reminded me we had other engagements to be at during that time so I called them back. A woman answered and informed her I needed to reschedule my appt. that I just booked an hour ago to Sat., 7/13 , instead. She asked my name, then my address and then asked after a few mintues if I was calling to book a time or to varify a time and said to rebook a time. Then she proceeded to tell me that I was not on the schedule for Friday during that time or anytime for that matter. Well, so glad I called to reschedule, because this review could of come out alot different. So she got me on the schedule for Sat. I called on Sat. to about what time the repair man would be here, and David said Brian would be here around 1pm (I was scheduled between 10am-1pm). Brian showed up on time. I showed him the cable that was broken, or at least that is what I thought broke. He informed me it was the spring that broke. Said it would be $179 (Angle's List price) and started work right away. Took him all of 20 min.'s to get it done. Went down into the garage once I heard that sweet sound of the garage door opening. He told me that the spring had been broken for a whille on one side before it broke completely and that I should take a look at it once in a while for inspection and the part (spring) has a life time warrenty and if it breaks again, just to call and all I would pay for his labor. (The reason for the B rating on RESPONSIVENESS was because of the initial scheduling they had me down for but couldn't find when I called to reschedule. They were honest in telling me the truth instead of acting like I was down and taking my rescheduling request.)

The issue we had was that the spray he used on the track left a streak all down the front of our garage door. We tried to remove with degreaser and it would not come out.

Late Friday night I found out that the overhead garage door was broken: one of the cables had broken off and the door wouldn't lift. Early Saturday morning I called AA. They said they could have someone out between noon and 4:00PM. I was pleasantly surprised when the guy came a little before noon. He was friendly and got right to work. He was done in 15-20 minutes. He even replaced one of the rollers for no extra charge. I will use them in the future (He mentioned they had a special on general maintenance for Angies List customers). I thought the price (129.00) was more than reasonable for the quick Saturday service.

Excellent. From initial review to completion was - After my first call on a Sunday I received a call back within 30 minutes. Was not expecting that on a Sunday and all I was looking for was a inspection on my doors. The company was definitely: - Professional - Informative - Accurate - Workmen were respectful, efficient, clean. They did a quality job and cleaned up the garage after they were finished. Would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again!

They were prompt and professional and door is now working fine (it used to not stay down after closing, and now it always does).

Called and scheduled the service right away. Work was done well. New lift works perfectly and keypad is so useful.

They responded quickly to my inquiry and were able to come out the next day. I was scheduled to be seen between 1-5pm with a 30 min call ahead of time and they called ahead and came early. Immediately upon looking at my door he knew what the problem was, The power was not making it to the safety sensor and the one corner of the garage is totally rotted through. I knew the door was in bad shape so I expected a big sales pitch on getting a new one. While he did comment on how he is amazed that it is still together and working and asked about our plans . . . he was not pushy at all and was really understanding that we are in a tight fiscal spot and not able to replace it right now. He gave us estimates and offered to square up the corner with some sheet metal so that it could last us a few months longer. Upon further inspection he noticed that the wire had been snapped by my cables which were fraying. With both the corner of the door and the cables, he took time to show me what was happening, gave me options and prices and asked how I wanted to proceed. I was so impressed with his attention to detail, honesty and care.
